We booked four rooms and were delighted to be placed on the same floor with adjacent rooms, which made it very convenient for our entire family to stay close and connected. The twin room is quite decent in size at 24 sqm, and we were pleasantly surprised that the beds felt larger than standard twin beds—very comfortable for a restful sleep. The overall layout of the room was functional and well-designed, although the closet space was quite limited. For guests staying longer or traveling as a pair, it may be a challenge to fit all your belongings due to the lack of storage.||One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its prime location. It’s within walking distance to several malls, shopping centers, and night markets—perfect for those who plan to indulge in retail therapy or explore local street food. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were prompt, friendly, and very responsive to all our needs and requests, which made our stay even more pleasant.||The only challenge we encountered was the heavy traffic in the area, which is understandable given the hotel’s central location. Getting out of the area to visit tourist attractions like the Ancient City, Wat Arun, or Bubble Forest took more time than expected due to congestion.||That said, the convenience, cleanliness, service, and comfort more than made up for the minor setbacks. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended—especially for families or travelers who want to be right in the heart of Bangkok’s shopping and entertainment district.

Third time staying here! Highlight was the excellent service from all the staff at L1 concierge and L9 reception & cafe. Friendly, helpful and full of energy. Location is great but slight “complain” we had was the overhead bridge and walking one round when going to Pratunam area - would be nice if there were traffic lights to access the area directly and safely. Room is pretty decent though the hairdryer didn’t work that well. Overall great value and would stay again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a truly fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member—from the entrance and concierge to the front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping—was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I was especially touched by the warm birthday greeting and the thoughtful card signed by the team members—it really made my day. Although it’s slightly farther from Platinum Mall and Central World compared to where I usually stay, it was still very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

The hotel is in a very strategic location—just a 7-minute walk to Platinum Mall—with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast options were quite varied and overall satisfying; the Thai beef soup, in particular, was excellent. A thoughtful touch in the restaurant is the clear signage indicating which dishes contain pork and which do not—very considerate for guests with dietary restrictions. They also provide a baggage scale in the lobby, which is really convenient for checking if your luggage is overweight before heading to the airport. The view from the room was also a nice bonus.

On arrival Keerati takes care of the reception, warm welcome, flexible while checking in, smiles all the time event busy with Chinese group.||Satit greet us with big smiles, ||Big bed, very comfortable sleep. ||Breakfast looks delicious, tastes good, very great service from Bo and Cream Mr. Shane, the Manager, came to talk with us, asked for recommend for tourist attractions.|| |Unfortunately, it rained, so We didn't go up to Rooftop. ||The lady on 10 floor not sure she is a super on senior she is work fast, alert and lovely conversation with us. ||Breakfast is on the 2nd day, We have to early check out, Mr. Shane wishes us good luck on our trip and invited us to come back again before he have to attend meeting,||Prae and Gigi very good service and smile all the time ||For sure we will come back again

I was suddenly in need of a place for meeting and a quick lunch. I approached the restaurant staff Khun Boontham to ask if I can hold my meetings there. He kindly allowed, the rest of the staff and him are very friendly and accommodating despite my plan changed a few times. The food is good and prices are expected for a hotel restaurant. Most importantly all the staff are very helpful and attentive. I will surely stay there again if I have business in Bangkok. Because I have seen them make things happen for me.

Nice place and easy to access just that swimming pool is small and hotel management is a little weak on managing ppl. Staffs are friendly but when we talk to and fro in English they are very aggressively response but they seems not too understand that we said. They need to ensure proper billing to correct wrong and need true verification. They wrongly bill my room for the roof top usage as I haven’t even been there my entire stay there. When we explained that we don’t use it quite embarrassed in front of other guests. They should verify properly for those who didn’t do wrong. Last night also once incident that one old Chinese guy came up to reception level who is not staying there and tried to ask for money for food, they should take care of security since the hotel location is at the middle of accessible areas but many people can come up without card. We informed to the desk there but the hotel staff guy seems not understand and ignore us. Then I had to run to reception and asked for help from duty manager. That old man stoped us to go up but if we went into lift, he seems to go along with us. Quite insecure. 😔

Had a great 5 nights stay in centara. The hotel entrance is located in an alley which is not the best, but overall experience was still great. Reception is at level 9, but they have staff stationed at level 1 to assist with your luggage. Service had been pleasant and rooms were clean too. Was also surprised with the sweet birthday delights as my birthday falls during our stay here. Will definitely consider staying here again!
