Simply amazing. Yes it is expensive for a ramen but I taste kaiseki here. Think of it as a mini kaiseki and it'll feel more like a bargain. Lovely salt broth that packs incredible flavors. Noodle was nicely soft and chewy. Highly recommended.

The location is good. It's among high-end stores so expect that the price is also a bit higher compared to normal ramen. Not to mention that the ingredient used is blowfish.

Delicious Fugu (poison puffer fish) ramen. Thin noodles in a light salt or soy sauce soup.

This place is great! Friendly staff and delish blowfish 🐡 ramen. The price is what you’d expect for Ginza. This bowl was about ¥1270. Very tasty and we will be back when we’re back in Tokyo. Go here!!!

I am quite disappointed with this ramen shop in Japan, esp in Ginza. It seems like a shop which scams tourists which is me. The soup is not concentrated enough and the noodles are not feeling made of Japan, instead, like a cheap China noodles. feel ashamed to this shop.

Super delicious with rare fish stock choice for Ramen. Very delicate and carefully made served at right temperature. Will like to have again someday.

Interesting experience eating fugu with ramen, but the taste of everything was just OK. Noodles and soup were mid.

Excellent ramen! Couldnt be patient enough to join the long queue at 10-11 floors for the hyped restaurants. Then came down and accidentially found this place. Great foods being served in simple way, no queue. Broth was excellent, ramen was soft and both fish and duck were really good. Will come back!
