I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a fresh, well-maintained feel throughout. Both the front and back views from the room were beautiful—one side offered a wide, open cityscape while the other looked out onto a peaceful forest. It was also very quiet, which made for a restful night. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great with a shopping mall and grocery store within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Every request was met with a smile, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks to them, our stay was not only pleasant but genuinely relaxing. Highly recommended!

Good location. Shower is good, lot's of water after a hard day's work. Restaurant (breakfast and evening dinner) was good. The hotelroom it self was quite basic, but that's only for the night because during the day I was out of the hotel at work.

I stayed in this property for the 4th time (8th Sept'25), I can see the service and property upkeep deteriorating. The water in the shower was cold both at night and in the morning too. The working table in the room is far from the seating place and there is a notice placed ' Do no move the table'. You start getting back ache if you sit on the bench and work on your laptop. If you need to take a shower, you need to get into the tub, stand inside the tub and take shower. After your shower while getting out of the tub, there are chances you can slip and break your bones. The fitness center closes sharp at 9.30 am and opens the next day at 6.00am. The bed is so big that its occupying half the size of the room. For a family of 3 its fine but not for a single occupancy. There is no electric plug socket near the kettle. You need to get all the stuff outside the cupboard and prepare your drink. Breakfast was okay okay, Fruits were cut into pieces (apples, banana and sweet lime). It looked they avoid guests taking out the fruits while leaving so they planned to cut the fruits and keep them. I could see browning reaction on the banana and apples. Not a great place.

Overall the hotel is good for the price. But the bathroom design should be fixed. When taking a shower all the water comes out so the whole bathroom gets wet.

The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was not able to get a good sleep at all. The lobby and staff are excellent though and I appreciate the free parking.

The check in and general staff attention was fantastic, but I need a room with a desk and suitable chair. The desk area is small and the chair provided is entirely unsuitable to work at the desk. An alternative chair was found for me that just about worked but still, not a comfortable condition.

This hotel is conveniently located in the business district and is easily accessible. The restaurant is famous for its delicious food in the area. The friendly and professional staff are also on hand.

Great hotel with many facilities. The breakfast was worth every penny and the staff was brilliant.
