Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam

We loved the hospitality of your staffs. I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like the well-stocked amenities and modern decor. The only minor issue was that the hair dryer didn’t work properly, but since it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me, I didn’t report it during my stay. There were at least 3 convenience shops close by to the hotel making food and other supplies so accessible. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

It’s great to stay in the central Seoul at a reasonable price. Everyone is vey kind and welcoming us. Cafe lounge has a great atmosphere and the food and drinks were great. ||We were greeted by Louis and he was really kind and welcoming us. Looking forward to staying here and exploring Seoul :) Highly recommend!

It's a good hotel, rooms are spacious, and there's anything you'd might need. Staff is respectful and friendly. The only downsides were broken sink at my room as well as room being too warm. Other than that - it was a very pleasant stay, especially the breakfast part.

Very comfortable stay, as always. The rooms may be a bit outdated, but they’re very spacious and the bed is super comfy. The hotel gym is the real highlight for me — it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. Breakfast also offers plenty of options and great quality. How is this considered 5 star ?!? Did you guys forget to take a look inside the rooms or something ? You can hear footsteps from above and the hotel ownership must be cheap as hell cause this place is so outdated. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Yvonne ( if that’s her real name at the front desk ) was always polite , smiling and tremendously helpful along with Aspyn & the European gal at the concierge desk

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and made check-in quick and effortless. The overall environment of the hotel is calm and welcoming, with a design that balances elegance and comfort beautifully. The lobby and common areas are tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. My room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a long day. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We were set to stay at Dormy Inn for a wedding. It was booked so we chose the Novotel since it was next door. We weren't sure what we were getting, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and well-stocked. The staff was lovely. The concierge was so helpful in telling us how to navigate to the various sites we wanted to visit. We loved the sauna and gym. And, the brunch was delicious. I enjoyed the convenience of the location. We could walk to the train and to shopping easily. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll be staying here when we return to Seoul.

The room is clean and really big. The lobby is quiet and pleasant to arrive in. The airport bus can take you right up to the front door and the line 9 metro station is super close as well. Very friendly staff! The breakfast was elaborate and delicious, there is something for everyone’s tastes.
