To some, this may feel out of place, but it’s a nice departure from the typical decor in this part of the world. Drinking and dining—what are we looking at?The resort has four bars and restaurants: Sol for a more casual meal, Las Olas for ceviche and sushi, the Sand Bar for a cocktail on the beach, and locally sourced La Marea, which has become a destination in its own right, for fine dining. And how was the service while you were there? Staff are friendly, if not the most efficient.
