El Dorado Cantina - Tivoli Village shared by @cntraveler says: ""A Mexican restaurant that began its life as the next-door neighbor of a notorious Downtown gentleman's club (and was so delicious it began drawing a mainstream business crowd for power lunches, and eventually relocated) El Dorado kept the same exuberant, clubby decor to liven up this part of the Tivoli Village shopping area in west Las Vegas . Star lanterns, walls of dark red roses, a great bar, and big red leather banquettes make for one of the liveliest brunches in town. Favorites include a restorative green pozole with all the garnishes on the side (beware the chile oil); the "Macho Benedict" with chorizo and Fresno chiles, and colorful huevos divorciados (the salsas here are everything). For those into sweets, we love the tres leche French toast and the crunchy churro waffle, which marries the crunchy street churros with fluffy Belgian-style waffles and Chantilly cream."" on Postcard
