El Dorado Cantina is a vibrant Mexican hotspot in Tivoli Village, serving up flavorful tacos and brunch delights with a lively atmosphere and fresh margaritas.
"Starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, the Tivoli Village location will host a block party with a DJ, a beer garden, an outdoor margarita bar, a street taco stand, and an outdoor area with cornhole and other games. The Sammy Davis Jr. location and the Cantina by El Dorado will have a DJ and drink specials." - Janna Karel
"El Dorado Cantina at Tivoli Village offers street tacos — simply filled tacos — or their more dressed-up signature tacos with a choice of meat such as steak or chicken, or customers can choose the vegetarian option of roasted chilies and poblano peppers." - Janna Karel
"Open bar packages from 9 p.m. to midnight are available starting at $50 per person. Bottle service will be available along with a chef’s special mole blanco pan-roasted sea scallops ($39), in addition to full menu service. After the countdown, a complimentary Champagne toast will be offered at all locations." - Janna Karel
"It then changed its name to Exclusivo in late January of this year, before transforming into the Chancellor in late May. When Exclusivo closed to make way for its new speakeasy, the Chancellor, the restaurant shifted to a fine dining experience with Italian, Mexican, French, and American fare." - Janna Karel
"A Mexican restaurant that began its life as the next-door neighbor of a notorious Downtown gentleman's club (and was so delicious it began drawing a mainstream business crowd for power lunches, and eventually relocated) El Dorado kept the same exuberant, clubby decor to liven up this part of the Tivoli Village shopping area in west Las Vegas . Star lanterns, walls of dark red roses, a great bar, and big red leather banquettes make for one of the liveliest brunches in town. Favorites include a restorative green pozole with all the garnishes on the side (beware the chile oil); the "Macho Benedict" with chorizo and Fresno chiles, and colorful huevos divorciados (the salsas here are everything). For those into sweets, we love the tres leche French toast and the crunchy churro waffle, which marries the crunchy street churros with fluffy Belgian-style waffles and Chantilly cream." - Juliana Shallcross, Andrea Bennett
