@cntraveler

"Res Ipsa is the rare spot that serves not only breakfast all day, but also a designated lunch menu starting at 11 a.m. If you’re up early, start with a fresh English muffin piled high with a frittata, asiago fresco, and salsa verde, or opt for a parfait with house-made granola. If you show up after 11 a.m., go for a fried green tomato sandwich, or an open-face whitefish number made with arugula, pickled beets, and remoulade. There are also calzones and daily soups. Res Ipsa offers a nice respite from the bustle of Center City." - Devra Ferst
