"You've probably heard about famed California-cuisine pioneer Nancy Silverton's Michelin-starred Mozza—with to-die-for pasta and a mozzarella bar that's rich in burrata. It's buzzy, and there's a pulsating energy in the air; it might just be that everyone came in hungry, and expectations are high. It's unlikely that anyone walked off the street and got a table, and as such, it's clear that coming for a meal here is a bit of an event.
