"Vietnamese sandwich shop Banh Mi Co Ut is plotting a second restaurant in Chinatown. The Chinatown shop known for its “overstuffed” and reasonably priced banh mi announced the second restaurant — called Kitchen Co Ut — in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
