"An American-Desi street food pop-up turned permanent fixture at Beer Street South, this mash-up layers Vienna Beef dogs with the salty, sweet, spicy, tart, and crunchy punch of chaat, and now serves seven days a week (Mon–Wed 5–10 p.m.; Thu–Sun noon to close). Born from a 2017 backyard bhel puri–topped hot dog that won People’s Favorite, the menu now ranges from the OG potato and the ABCD with corn and poblano to a rotating seasonal fruit chaat. Toppings lean bold—green chutney, fried onions, tamarind-cherry chutney, fried chickpea flour crumbles, pickled Fresno peppers, cilantro, and chaat salt—capturing a Chicago-meets-Pakistani sensibility.
