"To fully embrace the idea of excess that defines modern Thanksgiving (and Vegas), Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar’s Palace sets the bar and so far no one can touch it. It’s the largest buffet in Vegas, bringing 25,000-square-feet and 600 seats to the Vegas dining scene. On November 25, Bacchanal will set the buffet with apple-cider-brined roast turkey and herb-crusted smoked turkey breast. Thanksgiving sides include apple sausage and sage stuffing, sweet potato casserole with brûléed marshmallows. cranberry sauce with mandarin oranges, green bean casserole, and mashed potatoes and gravy. The dessert station will include pumpkin, pecan and apple pies. Walk-ins are accepted throughout the day, but reservations on OpenTable.com are strongly encouraged." - Stephanie Carter
