"Known as a to-go sushi specialist, this popular takeout restaurant first opened at 1552 Fillmore Street in July 2024 and quickly became known for owner Jinwoong Lim’s chirashi bowls, nigiri, and maki rolls made with Tamanishiki rice, regularly selling out within two or three hours at lunch. Lim is closing the Fillmore Street location and reopening at 359 Kearny Street, aiming for October, with a similar interior and menu plus a key addition for the FiDi crowd: online ordering with a dedicated pickup line separate from the walk-in line to better serve office workers with short lunch breaks." - Dianne de Guzman
