"Known as a to-go sushi specialist, this popular takeout restaurant first opened at 1552 Fillmore Street in July 2024 and quickly became known for owner Jinwoong Lim’s chirashi bowls, nigiri, and maki rolls made with Tamanishiki rice, regularly selling out within two or three hours at lunch.
