"Owners of the Borderline Bar & Grill, the site of a 2018 mass shooting that left 13 people dead in Thousand Oaks, have announced plans to reopen. The country-western bar was for years a haven for college students and locals looking to get away for some line dancing, before a gunman opened fire just after 11 p.m. on November 7, 2018.
