"Known for a deep paella program, this Berkeley restaurant has added brunch and delivers a notable, less rote take on the morning meal. On a recent visit the rabo con huevos stood out: "Everything on the plate was really well executed; the sherry-braised oxtail was perfectly tender, the yolks on the eggs lovely and runny, and the patatas were evenly crisped with dipping sauce on the side." The reviewer kept returning to bites of the oxtail as "meat [was] falling off the bone with each swoop of a fork," calling it a noteworthy version of the protein. —Dianne de Guzman" - Paolo Bicchieri
