"This isn’t a linger-and-chat kind of spot: you order at touchscreen kiosks near the entrance, get a number, and watch the crew furiously assemble dumplings while flat screens loop an in-house ad touting how nutritious, delicious, and multicultural they are. Theatrics aside, the dumplings are solid and can go toe to toe with any spot in Chinatown; the mixed mushroom and veggie dumplings were my favorite — better, in fact, than the lamb, pork, and shrimp — with mushroom texture you can actually taste rather than a cheap, meat-emulating stuffing (a pet peeve of mine). It’s great for a quick meal, though I do wish they’d switch that video up or at least turn the volume down." - Ashok Selvam
