"I learned that Blue Lacy will open on Monday, June 27 at 1825 McBee Street as a casual all-day diner serving dishes from huevos rancheros and pancakes to salads and bowls, fried chicken plates and chicken-and-waffles kebabs, plus desserts like pecan pie and shakes; the restaurant also serves coffee and cocktails including a Harry Styles–named frozen drink, Watermelon Sugar High, made with tequila, watermelon puree, and frosé, and features a diner-style interior with courtyard seating. It's named after the Texas-origin Blue Lacy dog breed and is dog-friendly, even offering a dog menu with items like Bowser Beer and doggie ice cream, and will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Erin Russell
