"Mr. T, a Parisian bistro known for its modern takes on street food and industrial design, is opening in Hollywood. The restaurant, developed by chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki and restaurateur Guillaume Guedj, combines French techniques with global street food influences. The Los Angeles menu features unique dishes like a chicken pot pie with caramelized onion and tare chicken jus, and a big eye tuna crudo. It also includes popular items from the Paris location such as roast lamb kebabs and comte mac cheese. Designed by Guedj and Richard Altuna, the restaurant includes an open kitchen, a bar, and an outdoor patio." - Karen Palmer
