"BBQ brings people together. D was born and raised in Houston, Texas. A lifelong Texan - BBQ simply, is in his blood. When he moved to San Francisco, he just wanted a BBQ beef sandwich. But nothing he found tasted like home. Houston and San Francisco aren’t usually compared together, but both cities are diverse melting pots of many cultures. We take inspiration from D’s Texan-Mexican and Mrs. D’s Asian heritage to come up with familiar favorites we loved eating as kids, but infuse them with Texas BBQ as the heart. A little Asian, a little Mexican - a whole lotta Texan. Smokin D’s is a taste of OUR home."
