"Cochran’s Tavern is a project by Steve Milford and Brian Wells, planned to open at 6341 N. Broadway Street in 2020. It aims to be a diverse sports tavern with a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. The venue will be divided into three sections: a main bar room, a dining area, and an event space named 'Miss Tilly’s'. The main bar will have a fireplace and portraits celebrating local history. The dining room will be family-friendly, featuring historical renderings from Loyola University Chicago. Miss Tilly’s will host live music, poetry readings, and performances. The project emphasizes inclusivity, with no specific focus on LGBTQ themes as seen in their previous venture, Crew. The menu will focus on affordable American fare." - Naomi Waxman
