The restaurant will feature A5 wagyu, an award-nominated wine menu, and an in-table smokeless grill. The design will include dynamic lighting, a dry-aging room, and a tiered dining area. The menu will highlight cuts of steak including Kobe, Sendai, and Miyazaki wagyu beef, and servers will grill food at the table.
