The Alden shared by @eater says: ""Atlanta native chef Jared Hucks announced last July he would be opening The Alden at Chamblee’s Parkview on Peachtree development. It now seems the restaurant from the chef who founded fine dining supper club Dogwood Table is finally opening this spring. The Alden, which means 'old friend' in Old English and happens to be Hucks’s middle name, will serve American and Southern classics using in-season ingredients. Natural elements such as Georgia limestone around the exterior and Earth tones and warm woods inside will be incorporated into the restaurant’s design. The 2300-square-foot interior will feature 74 seats spread throughout the dining room, bar, and patio as well as an 11-seat chef’s counter that overlooks the kitchen. Hucks’s brother, glass blower Rob Stern, has been commissioned to create The Alden’s art and lighting."" on Postcard
