"The cocktail menu is built around storytelling and Venice’s artistic legacy, with each drink linked to an artist or artwork and the inspiration behind it. Highlights include a red wine–based Venetian Cobbler inspired by Tintoretto, presented under a glass dome with a flourish of green tea smoke, and the Canal-Art—a mezcal-based cocktail with house-made artichoke cordial that pays homage to a Banksy mural from the 2019 Biennale.
