"Serving a “new generation of comfort food” in Williamsburg and the West Village, Edith’s is known for sandwiches and salads inspired by Jewish food from across the diaspora. Stop in for totkes, bite-sized fried potato latkes, to be topped with cheese sauce, if desired.
