"To mark 15 years in New York, Dominique Ansel’s SoHo bakery turns its pastry case into a city-themed tribute from July 4 through Labor Day, with whimsical desserts that riff on NYC icons: a Bodega Coffee Tiramisu in a blue coffee cup, an Everything Bagel & Schmear meringue with cheese mousse and sour-cherry jam, a strawberry-tart New York slice, a Pretzel bavaroise with peanut-butter feuilletine and soft caramel, a coconut ladyfinger “haute dog” with raspberry-crémeux sausage and passion-fruit curd mustard, a Bite of the Big Apple apple-gelée, a Stroll in the Park Chocolate Hazelnut Acorn, and two éclairs — the Yellow Taxi Salted Caramel Éclair and the Spring Street Chocolate Éclair — all playing on classic New York imagery." - Chris Crowley
