"Nothing says panic mode like a rumbling stomach walking down the Southbank. Although you might be tempted by a £20 box of generic sauce-laden fried chicken, you’re better off taking a seat at Limin. With its colourful exterior, faux-beach outdoor seating (complete with faintly grubby sand), and view of the Thames, it would be very easy to pay little to no attention to this Trinidadian spot. But, it’s a decent choice. The menu spans traditional and well-flavoured Trinidadian classics, like doubles and puri, and it’s these vegetarian options that pair wonderfully with Limin’s extensive cocktail list. A grenadine-heavy non-alcoholic punch and a couple of doubles, which sing with cumin and tamarind, turn this odd part of the Southbank into somewhere pretty pleasant. photo credit: Limin photo credit: Limin photo credit: Limin" - Jake Missing
