"You can technically order full-sized pies at thisbakeryon Burnet Road, but doesn’t that undermine the premise? The titular tiny pies are the size of cupcakes, and most importantly, they're delicious. Expect flavors like peanut butter chocolate cream, salted caramel apple, cinnamon swirl cheesecake, and sweet Texas pecan. Most are topped with housemade whipped cream, and all of them taste like they finished cooling four minutes before you walked in. Tiny Pies also has a couple of slightly larger savory options that make a good lunch—we like the 5” spicy king ranch pot pie with chicken, cheddar jack, and chiles." - Matthew Jacobs
