Start with an order of their famous dry-fried eggplant, which looks like it's peppered enough to make our noses run but walks on the milder side. Our other favorites include the filling Hot & Numbing Beef Rolls, the delicious braised fish in chili oil, and crispy popcorn chicken with edible dried peppers.
