"On weekday lunchtimes, Lower Marsh Road in Waterloo turns into a lively, bustling marketplace. Voodoo Chicken, a New Orleans-style grilled chicken stall, is one of our go-tos. Saucy chicken is thrown on the grill, and either bundled into a 3kg wrap, or placed on top of Cajun fries. Our order is a double chicken wrap with chipotle and lime sauce, melted cheddar, and spicy mayo. It’s a serious two-hander situation, so we’d recommend finding somewhere to sit before trying to tackle it. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch" - Rianne Shlebak
