When Ernest first opened, you were lucky to snag a 9:30pm reservation for their seafood-forward dishes. Now, getting your hands on their ikura and beef tartare or the koshihikari rice topped with seasonal produce is a lot less stressful. The lounge tables on the lower level are available most nights, along with early evening and late night reservations."" on Postcard
