"Los Agaves, Santa Barbara by Amanda Proudfit. When you have a little more time, and want something a little nicer, stop by Los Agaves for Mexican food in a more classy restaurant setting. Casual but elegant, and free chips and salsa! Upon entering the restaurant, you head to the counter to place your order then seat yourself in one of their dining room areas. You will definitely want to get here before the dinner rush, this place can get packed! Highly recommend the Agaves Enchiladas, made with fresh halibut and shrimp, red pepper and onions, topped with chipotle sauce, and served with rice and salad on the side."
