"Located within the hotel, this restaurant-bar fuses Istanbul and Tokyo influences into a sleek “New Asian” menu that lets delicate, artfully plated dishes speak for themselves. Standouts include ultra-light temari sushi and surprisingly delicate tempura prawn tacos, while a hidden champagne bar tucked into the venue is praised as a real find.
