The BEST and most AUTHENTIC Italian fare in the entire state of North Carolina in my opinion. The owner, Jim, literally takes a yearly sabbatical to travel through Europe for inspiration in the kitchen! Oh, and by doing this he also has found some of the best paring wines on the planet!!
