The painstaking perfectionism is in every detail -- from the lighting of the garden that your seat has a view onto to the whimsical forchette that pierces the layered homemade marshmallow confection. The chef puts his all into every dish that's beyond the imagination of us mere mortals. The service is quiet and reserved, but kind and friendly. The sommelier actively made expert suggestions that surprised and delighted.
