I visited this shop yesterday with the intention of making a purchase, but the experience was extremely disappointing from the start. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. Not a single staff member greeted me at the entrance, nor did they show any hint of a smile or willingness to help. As I walked around, I felt a constant sense of unease due to the pressure and indifferent attitude of the staff. I wasn't able to browse comfortably, so I decided to leave immediately, giving up on the idea of buying anything. The exit was a final confirmation of their lack of professionalism: two employees at the entrance, busy chatting, gave me a nasty look without even bothering to say goodbye. After reading other reviews, I've noticed that my experience is not an isolated case. If the goal is for this business to thrive, it is essential that staff management is radically changed. A shift in your team's attitude could make a huge difference :)

workers there were so rude and aggressive, as soon as we walked into the store, the male staff said “he~llo🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄” in a very sarcastic way and sigh very loudly and walked away. Another staff member glared at me as if she wanted to kill me while I was looking at the items.,

This was my second time in Milan and my second time in this space – and every visit feels like a little celebration. I was especially excited to see Vaquera’s runway pieces in person! On the second floor, I found what might just be my perfect perfume. A huge thank you to the consultant for taking the time to walk me through the scents and their stories – it was such a special experience. I didn’t have time to come back the next day to buy it, but I’m already dreaming of returning and getting it here. I’ve seen a lot of comments about the staff following people around, and I understand the frustration. There were moments when I also felt a bit uncomfortable, but personally, it didn’t bother me too much – I guess that’s just how it is in most Milan boutiques.

I have to agree with others mentioning how arrogant and unpleasant the sales team is upstairs of the building. No comments about the downstairs staff as the sales people were super nice and helpful, but you really have to do something about the upstairs if you want people to have a nice shopping experience and make them want to come back….. When I asked the salesman about the perfumes, he almost wouldn’t look at me and seemed completely uninterested in what I had to say. I understand shyness, but this just felt dismissive. On top of that, he even told me he couldn’t understand me because of my accent (I am bilingual in English so this comment had no reason to be), which came across as rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service.

The bookstore has a cool selection of books and products in design and fashion. Also you can find some rare pieces and limited edition there. Love it!

I read through the reviews and was curious - and I have to say they must’ve changed their attitude, all staff were nice, not at all intrusive, and the store and cafe have good vibes (and amazing fashion items).

Visiting this store was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. First off, there’s a sales assistant by almost every rail, and they silently follow you around, which feels super uncomfortable. I spent about 10-15 minutes in the store, browsing and checking out the items. While doing that, I took a couple of photos of some labels to remember brands I hadn’t seen before. The assistants were always nearby, so they definitely saw me taking pictures, but no one said a word about it. Then, right as I was about to leave, one of the male assistants came up to me and, in the most condescending and annoyed way possible, asked why I was taking photos of the labels. I calmly explained that I didn’t know these brands and wanted to save the names to look them up later. He responded, even more rudely, that I could just check their website. I asked if taking photos was against the rules, and he didn’t even bother answering — just gave me a disapproving look and walked off. I had actually found a few things I was interested in trying on, but after that, I was so put off and frustrated by how rude he was that I just left. Terrible customer service that completely kills any desire to shop there.
