"Chalee Kader’s contemporary Isan restaurant, 100 Mahaseth, offers a menu beyond their comprehensive varieties of som tam. Giving a new spin to sai krok Isan, they stuff boneless chicken wings with sticky rice mixed with different seasonings. Left to dry for 3-4 days to develop its sour taste, the sausage is then grilled so the chicken skin becomes deliciously crispy. This is one of the biggest stars of the restaurant that breathes new life into Isan cuisine, so don’t miss ordering it. Another creative dish is their khao jee. This local snack uses soft, aromatic sticky rice from Khon Kaen. It’s shaped into bite-sized pieces and dipped into pla ra seasoned egg. Then it gets another slather of pla ra before it is grilled until a delicious aroma fills the air. This comforting delight is served with a side of jaew bong." - MICHELIN Guide Thailand

What a lovely surprise! At first we were a bit skeptical while looking at the menu. But when the food was served, we were in awe. Not only they were beautifully presented, they also tasted unique and delicious. Almost like a new country’s dishes. They are neither Laotian/Thai or Burmese. They are a blend of the flavours of mainland Southeast Asia. The only thing that this restaurant can improve is for the staff to be more confident and engaging. They were great, just need to up the engagement part a bit. And maybe some amazing cocktails to go with the food. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely delicious. Great price, service and quality of food. Variety of offerings — can’t even pick a favorite dish! The portions were not too big so can definitely order a few dishes. I went with a friend and we ordered around 6 dishes not including the complementary papaya salads! I would say that the bone marrow was a little salty for us! Would come again.

Worthy of their Michelin status. A unique blend of grilled meat and Thai condiments executed well. Try the infamous bone marrow, steaks and pineapple+blood cockles. The latter was a delicious combo! Service was top notch.

Really enjoyed our meal here. Well sourced ingredients cooked with passion. My only criticism would be to ask people how spicy they like things; I understand the mentality of kitchens but the food just goes to waste. Overall would highly recommend though - amazing skewers and deep fried rice cake with cheese.<3 if I lived here I'd go all the time

Went in Jan 2024, great presentations with much creativity as seen from the photos but the tastes were okay-ish. Had to park across the street where there’s a proper parking lot which comes with ~100 Baht fee for the evening.

Food is really interesting and tasty. Chef uses the concept of nose to tail, utilising every single part of the animal and turns it into an amazing dish. Definitely worth a meal in my books! Location is not the easiest to get to, so a taxi would help. It's next to a pink coloured building!

Nose to tail and farm to table concept. This place brings steak and isaan cuisine together. The flavours are so impressive, I wouldn’t have expected such strong flavours like plara (fermented fish) in this type of restaurant, love it.

Good steak and Northeastern style Thai food choices are available here. Good presentation and decoration of food on serving dishes. Bone marrow was great. Various steaks from Northeastern provinces are available for you to pick. A bit pricey steaks though. Paid parking at THB 100 flat fee on the opposite side of the street is available.
