I heard great things about this shop for a long time and had the opportunity to experience their great service today! 100% Silk dropped their new Julia Heuer shipment, but the clothing was not yet on their online store. I have coveted her brand for the past year and haven't been able to find what I wanted in stock anywhere. Through DM's, their staff member Lee was so helpful answering all my questions about fit, shipping, and their return policy. They even fulfilled my request of photographing staff my height wearing the product. I was so impressed by them going above and beyond. I purchased more than originally intended because of this and now have an amazing outfit shipping to Vancouver for my birthday. So impressed and I will be back again!

100% Silk shop were so kind and helpful with me on two occasions now. I live on the other side of the country so I’m not able to shop in person or try thing on but they always offer so much information through their Instagram messages. I absolutely fell in love with the Julia Heuer pants I ordered last year and even more excited for my latest order to arrive. The team went above and beyond helping me to get the items I wanted. Favourite shop. 100% Silk is the reason I fell in love with textiles. Everything the shop carries, including the house brand, has multiple dimensions. You really need to experience it in person for the full effect. Wonderful curation. Thank you to the whole Silky team for creating such a beautiful space and community.

They have the best customer service and go above and beyond to make sure you find what you want. Quick, kind communication and special kudos to having a genuine range of sizes (and not the typical 2-4).

This is my favorite boutique in Toronto - the In Objects We Trust line is simple and beautiful. I’ve had my eye on their long Japanese denim jackets in bone and black but haven’t made the move to purchase them yet. I’ll keep dreaming about them!

Truly the only place to go in Toronto if you want to purchase iconic clothes/jewellery/accessories/textiles/home wears. Take my money xx
