110 Grill

My family visited 110 Grill on a Saturday evening, to celebrate a birthday. I was really looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming and disappointing. I have sympathy that many places are short staffed, but it took over a hour to get our meals. We had a reservation for 5:30. The server took our beverage order right away, but didn’t return for 15 minutes. We ordered our meals immediately on her return and we weren’t served until after 6:30. I saw the manager running food, so I do believe they were short staffed. I can forgive that, but when our food arrived it was not good. My grandma ordered a Rueben sandwich and she has very little sauerkraut and almost no dressing. My husband ordered boneless wings and they were overcooked. I ordered the apricot shrimp risotto and my shrimp were overcooked and tough. I likely won’t return.

6/12/25 Great wait staff, every time they are efficient, friendly and good at their job. Fast service. Location is superb potential to stand alone atop the mall. BUT The food is lacking everytime. It is sadly basic, lacks signature or any array of flavor that would make you go back for more. I gave it 2 separate tries at this location there won't be a third. Such wasted potential.

Amber is a great bartender who remembers my food allergies and my favorite drink. The staff is warm and welcoming. I always enjoy coming in and getting a hot honey chicken sandwich with fries. Having a dedicated fryer for gf makes it easier to enjoy my meal with peace of mind that I won’t get sick .

Amber is the best. She makes the best Espresso Martinis. I come to 110 Grill often, and Amber is one of the main reasons why. She’s not just an amazing bartender—she’s genuinely welcoming and always makes my visits feel special. She remembers my favorites, makes great recommendations, and pours a perfect drink every time. Amber’s friendly personality and attention to detail make the whole experience feel like catching up with a friend. Always a pleasure coming here!

Visiting the 110 Grill inside Holyoke Mall was a delightful experience! The atmosphere is inviting, with a modern yet cozy interior and attentive staff who make you feel welcome. I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger, which was cooked to perfection. The Angus beef patty was juicy and flavorful, paired beautifully with fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion, all served on a perfectly toasted bun. The melted cheese added a creamy richness that tied everything together. For the side, I chose the crispy onion rings, which were light, golden, and incredibly satisfying. This location has a great balance of ambiance and excellent food quality, making it a fantastic spot for dining after shopping or just for a casual meal. Highly recommend the 110 Grill for their reliable service, delicious menu, and relaxed environment.

Food was 10/10! Cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The Gluten free menu had everything on it including dessert which was phenomenal. The manager and waitress were also amazing. Will definitely come back!

Danielle is the best bartender! She is friendly and recommended the wedge salad which I get all the time now. She is able to multitask and always come back to check that are needs are meet.

My above average looking wife had a long day at work, so I treated her to a nice dinner at the 110 grill. We sat at the bar enjoyed each other's company and staired into each other's eyes with love and passion. We have been to this location a number of times.

The food was delicious and our server Laycee was absolutely adorable and a great personality! The prices where decent.

We waited for over an hour, just to have our food messed up. Finally, my kids Mac and cheese came out, and the noodles were undercooked. On the plus side, we had a great waiter, Colin.

I have a broken leg and use a cane was refused a table and told that as a party of one I could only use a high stool, when I mentioned my broken leg I was told if my leg was that bad I should stay home rather than go out.

Terrible service, nevermind the food. Added a salmon to a salad and it came completely raw. This place has no business trying to charge what they do. What a joke

The food and service was great but it was awful seeing the manager Patrick be a dick to his employees. They were great. WTF was wrong with this guy. 110 Grill....awesome. Patrick.....not so much.

We had Shay as our waitress she was so nice and sweet and bubbly as well as very accommodating... very good waitress really knows her stuff too excellent customer service skills she deserves a raise

Stopped in for lunch. Sat at the bar, bartender was super nice and very attentive. 110 Cuban and fries ordered. Worst excuse for a "Cuban" ever! Served on Texas toast? WTF! Bad flavors, ultra greasy meat, undercooked fries. This is not something that should be served to anyone. Do better 110, do better.

I sat at the bar with a tall glass of beer and ate the bang bang cauliflower. Huge pieces , carefully dipped and seasoned . delectable . My appetizer became my main course . That good and satisfying!

Food, so-so to terrible. Got the ahi tuna bowl and the tuna was a bit off. Look, Texture wise and taste, borderline past its freshness. Should have sent it back! Actually became ill a few hours after having it. service, HORRIBLE ambiance, ok, very noisy

Nice cozy interior and friendly staff. A very solid option if you're looking for something to finish out your day at the mall, especially if you are looking for gluten-free options! They provided us with a full menu of gluten-free options but it seemed to have everything the full menu has, just with gluten-free bread/pasta stuff. Quality food and options! Hoping to be back at some point

Went on a Saturday afternoon and our waitress Christine was excellent. She was attentive, took pride in her work and made sure our food was hot and our glasses were full. We had two children/ two adults and she was patient when taking the kids orders. It was a very busy afternoon. We saw the manager who too was helping the staff and kept all organize. Would dine at this location again.

We usually go out as a family on Thursday evenings. We were looking for a nice restaurant with a congenial atmosphere and a varied menu. We decided on this restaurant. We enjoyed our prompt service and relaxed setting. It was not overly crowded and we had a nice table with a view of the mall ongoings. We were all very satisfied with our meals and beverages.

Awesome food and great service. Nice atmosphere for two. I had a general Tso chicken and it was very yummy. Both my husband and I had food to take home for another meal.

Really surprised at the amazing food we had. Mushroom ravioli is like, heaven. Best I've ever had. Drinks were good. My granddaughter had a burger, perfect, with change up of additives applied... I will definitely return!!!

I went to the one in the Holyoke Mall. Everyone had an issue with the food, either to salty or no taste at all each parties bill was over 75.00 per group, not worth the money and the service was terrible.

Went to the 110 and first the service. The service was excellent. The waitress couldn't be nicer and friendly and helpful. Actually they were all very nice and had smiles on their faces. The food was so good. I had the fried chicken sandwich with hot honey and a side of double fried fries. Everything was so good. It came out hot and fresh. The waitress made sure we had everything we needed and then left us alone to enjoy. The place was busy especially the bar but it wasn't noisy. Would I go back? Yes I would.

Absolutely awful service. Took hours to even take our order, get our food, of which several orders including the allergy order were wrong! Then I asked them to bring out a special birthday dessert which never came!! The waitress was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful when we went to go look for her, because it was taking so long for Everything. AND the restaurant was barely maybe half full? Maybe I used to wonder why less and less people were going here..truthfully no wonder! I will NEVER go here again and will make sure Everyone knows what our experience was like.

Food was very good especially the desert ! Server was very attentive . Ambiance was nice and considering that it was a lunch time , it was fast and it wasn't crowded . There's plenty of seating available .

I have to say I am never impressed by mall restaurants. My friend insisted that we try this place and I am so happy that we did. The hostess were extremely friendly, they really were happy to have patrons! We were seated near the front of the dining room, so that we could people watch. The menu is extensive. There is a wine, beer and cocktail list. I started with the blue colada. This drink was hands down the best martini I have ever had. It went down like a sip of soda. I really had to limit myself to just one. For an appetizer we shared the spinach dip bread bowl. This was served hot and bubbly. We devoured this within in minutes. The waitress also brought out another bread with his amazing garlic butter spread. For dinner I was allowed to order the fish tacos from the lunch menu. The waitress stated that everything is made to order and they could make exceptions. The fish tacos were a thin, seasoned and breaded strip of cod topped with pickled onions. I asked for tarter sauce and malt vinegar and they had both! My friend had the tuna and she absolutely loved her entree and drink. I can't wait to come back here for date night with my hubby. I have my eye on the short rib and risotto. Bravo 110 grill. Honestly this eatery is too good to be in the mall, they need to move to MGM!

I was hesitant to try the veggie stir fry but it was so good! Really flavorful and loaded with crisp fresh vegetables. I liked how the sesame wasn't overwhelming. The portion was perfect. I'll definitely order this again!

Overall a solid place, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the menu. They have different seasonal specials.

I went here for the first time with my girlfriend and the food was terrible. I'm never going back here again.

Great atmosphere and lives up to its name!! I ordered the Grilled Thai Salmon with Jasmine Rice and Broccoli Slaw. The salmon was perfectly grilled and charred, with a delicious Thai glaze.

Most amazing and lovely staff. Nice fancy scenery. Quick with service and the food is amazing. I'm a vegetarian and they're burger and vegetable stir fry was definitely a delectable. HIGHLY recommend if your in the area.

Ordered carry out. We were curious, heard mixed reviews and received a gift card. Ordered their bbq chicken nachos, got a box of chips. Ordered a Cesar salad with chicken, no chicken but the "butt" of the romaine heart. The calamari and banana peppers with spicy sweet sauce, more breaded banana peppers than calamari. #meh

Great place to eat for gluten sensitive palates. Meals are made fresh. The manager checks on satisfaction with special dietary needs. I don't feel like I am in a mall when I eat there.

My two friends and I decided to stop in on a Saturday evening for drinks & some food. The hostess at the front was so kind and greeted us with a friendly hello and complimented us! So sweet. She kindly let us know there were no tables or high tops but we could find a seat at the bar. BEST CHOICE EVER! We had two of the friendliest bar staff, both sporting the cutest braid pigtails and a smile. They made us feel comfortable, welcome and a part of the "family" at 110 Grill. We are loud, happy and can be sometimes obnoxious but they made us feel anything but! The Manager was also on staff and was nothing but kind and hospitable to us. There was even a moment when we broke out in Christmas carols with other bar patrons! The food was excellent, drinks delicious and experience was top notch. We will definitely be back again!

Reviews seems mixed but was liking the look of the menu and wanted to give it a go. Walked in and the place smelled like garbage or maybe rotten food. There was no one there to seat me at 12:10 so I just turned around and ate at the Latino restaurant next door which was awesome. Friendly and yummy and packed full (unlike the mostly empty 110 grill)

Everything we ordered was surprisingly good, especially the tuna with pickled cucumber, which I'd definitely revisit to order again. Service was also attentive. The vibe is just like any chain restaurant but the food were really delicious. Happy to see another one is opened at Crossgate Mall.

Love this restaurant! One of the few places that takes allergies VERY seriously. We don't have a gluten allergy, we choose to eat gluten free and always tell people that so they don't need to do anything extra but this place still treats it as an allergy. The manager brings out the food when people have allergies. It's a scratch made kitchen so they know ALL ingredients going in their food. Always a great experience here and Tracy, our server today was so wonderful! Very informative and doesn't just go through the usual motions! Loved her energy. She left a card on our table with her name (wish everyone did that!) and it had an app I've never heard of which I immediately downloaded it. It was Gluten Free Near Me, highly recommended if you've got the allergy or like us, the preference.

What a awesome place! I decided on 110 grill because I needed a nicer restaurant that was ok for kids too. We had a party of 14 and lots of food allergies at the table. First you can do anything on their core menu gluten free. I'm talking GF fried pickles. GF fried calamari. Gf brownie sundae!... as a gf person with a gf child, this was amazing!! For those that had allergies the chef came out, inquired about allergies, so he could make absolutely sure no one had any exposures, then during our meal came back out to check how everything was. Our service was amazing everyone was so kind and my whole party raved about their experience and had a great time. Thank you! What a great restaurant, I only wish I lived closer!

Once again I am very satisfied with my meal. This chain restaurant is several steps above the rest. Everything is fresh and delicious. I have been to 110 Grill in Holyoke many times and never been let down. If you are looking for a great restaurant with an awesome atmosphere, this is your place. The open kitchen is such a nice treat. You can see the cleanliness and the cooks hard at work. I have always had exceptional service and their attention to allergies is fantastic. Today I came her with my daughter for lunch. Our servers name was Trisha. She was so helpful and nice! Thank you so much to the kitchen for the delicious food and to Trisha for the excellent service!

We awaited the opening of this place for a while now, and finally saw it was open so we decided to stop in. The place had a 15-20 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon, which is understandable for a new place at peak lunch time. We opted to sit at the bar so as to avoid the wait. The drinks and food were very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very loose and casual with noise level being fairly high (typical bar noise level). The food we tried were the BBQ Chicken Nachos, Steak Tips, and a Burger. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The Nachos were not overwhelmed with toppings as often is the downfall of nachos and the BBQ sauce and ranch made for an interesting sweet-zesty combo. Steak was a bit on the tough side, but as well prepared for a medium-rare. Part of the reason for losing a star is both my girlfriend and I felt bloated and fat after the meal for the rest of the day. Not sure if something was wrong with the food or just a coincidence. We weren't sick just bloated, and both skipped dinner. The staff were friendly and chatty and made us feel welcomed. The place being packed, the staff were darting every which way but still were attentive and friendly. Overall a great place to grab lunch or dinner if you are looking to stray away from mainstream names like Applesbees or your usual bar and grill. I also recommend checking out Sumo Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar in the same mall. While more expensive than 110 Grill they have excellent sushi, meat, and hibachi.

I went to dinner here yesterday with some friends, they had been there before and talked very highly of it, this was my first time. The clementini was a little pricey, but certainly worth it (picture below) I started with the lobster bisque and WOW! Good chunks of lobster in it and a very good flavor, just needed salt in my opinion, but that is just personal preference (did not get a pic of that) and then the main course was a shrimp and lobster risotto, which was a special. Again, a little pricey but great portions and lots of seafood (picture below) My friends got the swordfish and the steak tips, I tried both and everything was amazing! We left full and I will be returning for sure, highly recommend.

Its a mall restaurant. Good if you are 17 and want a burger. Otherwise expect expensive diner food cooked short order style and underpaid staff supervised by a lazy Karen. The decor is contemporary Corporate and so is the food. The heat lamps where your food waits describe the quality of the food and the service. The manager is recently divorced and hoping to retire on disability. The tables are high, your feet don't touch the floor, the seats are plastic, the plates are big and the food is basic. Its like being an infant again. The napkins are brown polyester to hide stains & match the walls. The mall is dying and this is its last meal. Keep an eye out for cheap restaurant supplies at the auction when it finally kicks. "Are you still working on that?" The waitress asked but the question should have been asked by me to her. Oh, it's noisy too.

Wow pretty impressed. First time here and was better than I expected Hostess and waitstaff were excellent Our server Aggie was a rockstar for sure I had the fish and chips and it was amazing very large piece and I must say one of the better fish and chips I've had. The wedge salad was excellent And the kids had sliders and chicken tenders which were far better than your " Average " kids menu items.

Sat down for lunch and ordered waters, a margarita, and a coke. Staff was super pleasant but all of the drinks tasted really off, like strong pool water. I was afraid to order anything else or swallow the water. It affected even the cola order. We asked for the check and ate elsewhere. Would have loved to try the food but were too freaked out by the water.

I saw mostly good reviews so I gave this place a chance. I should not have. I made a reservation through their website and when I got there, the hostess had no idea about the reservation. She sat us, and we were waiting for 15-20 minutes for assistance. I am not joking when I say at least 4 servers walked by us multiple times without making eye contact. I finally got the eye of one server and she came over to take our order. Then our food took forever to come out, and my turkey burger was very overcooked. The rest of our food was pretty good, but in my opinion very overpriced. Our server was nice and fairly attentive but overall this was a very bad experience. We will not be back.

Worst service ever. It was not just my server. I watched all the servers and it was terrible. Server was no where to be found, you'd ask for something and she would forget, brought the wrong drinks over multiple times. Food coming out of the kitchen was so slow. Only positive thing was the food was good when it came out. The burgers and fries are good. Small sides of fries. BBQ chicken nachos were good, but the BBQ sauce was so sweet. (I know that is preference) the picatta gnocchi were good. The salads were good. It took us over 1.5 hrs for dinner for four and the restaurant was not even busy. 110 Grill is usually good. Maybe it's just this location that needs help?

while the weight staff was nice, and they offer gluten-free choices, if you want soy free, prepared to be disappointed... I ordered fish tacos when they came out, they came out with no sauce. Apparently all of their sauces have soy, while the waitress ran around, trying to figure out what else could be put on my tacos, my husband was halfway through his meal. so they box the tacos for me to take home I decided I didn't want them. They were sparse with the fish containing mostly rice.( I've never heard of rice on a fish taco.) they still charged us $18 for the tacos on our bill. I paid and tipped the waitress but will never be back and I don't recommend them in any way shape or form.

Service is not as good as before, the waitress is impatient and unfriendly. We love 110 grill food but tonight is bit disappointed all the food we order are bit more saltier than usual.

So, this was our first visit to 110 Grill and I have to say that we really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and most of all our waitress Alison aka (Ally). She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and very accommodating. Her bubbly attitude made our dining experience a lot of fun. She knew the menu and answered any questions we had without hesitation. All our food was better then we expected. Our table was located across from the open kitchen area where you can view the chefs cooking, and preparing the food. We highly recommend this restaurant and more so make sure you ask for Ally's section. And make sure if Alison is not working you ask for her partner in crime Amber. So, I have to say that our first restaurant experience in Massachusetts is a 5 star!! We did at first second guess ourselves being it is in a Mall but definitely did not disappoint.

I've been to a few different 110 grills multiple times and it has been one of my favorite places to go, however trying this location out was a disappointment. Our lemon waters came with no lemons. Bread and butter was not complimentary served so it made the wait for the food seem way longer. A meal came out lukewarm so after a few bites it became cold and unenjoyable. However, had the wait staff came around to check how everything was it could've deterred this review but that did not occur until the end of the meal.

Went here tonight for the first time. Sat at the bar, because there was a line at the entrance for a table. Was impressed by the bar staff's friendly and professional demeanor. Gin and tonic was perfect and arrived a few minutes after ordering it. Off to a good start. Sadly, it all went down hill from there. I ordered a Steak with chimichuri (sp?) sauce and a garlic mashed potato. ($26) After waiting upwards of 45 minutes for it to come out, I was disappointed immediately. The presentation was clunky and messy. The steak was a bit over cooked. I ordered medium rare and this was more of a medium. The taste of the steak was fantastic. However, it was not hot. Some bites were not even warm. I told the bartender and she comped me a second drink as an apology for the kitchen's incompetence. I do not think I will be returning. Not for food, at least.

Horrible. We are used to going to the 110 in Chelmsford Massachusetts so we thought we try the one closer to home because we love the one in Chelmsford so much. With that said it was horrible. My fiancé got a raw burger and I got a flat bread that was burned. Definitely wont Update!!! Someone said the general manager would reach out to and they haven't. Still very upset!!

This was a stellar experience! The service from reservation through bill payment was user friendly. No hassles w reservations and our wait staff was timely. Our food was good to excellent , though varied by our tastes! Good atmosphere for a group of 3-6!

Well... let me say that Anything negative I write here is Only because they were Severely understaffed. It was our first time here, so I suppose it Could have been unexpected? But as we waited many minutes on line to get seated, a woman behind me said " it's Always a long wait for the Hostess". One woman waited on line, and left. The Hostess was helping out other workers on her way back to the podium. The bartender, Rich, was our Server. He was nice. Some tables got cleaned after a delay. We had to ask for bread just as our food came. Some other tables got it. Some didn't. The manager came out to help deliver food to the tables. Everyone was helpful to each other, and we didn't have to get back to work, so it was okay. It was nice to see workers cooperating instead of complaining about each other. The food was very good. And it was a great value for the price. You saw the height of the burger! My meal was Very filling and the gnocchi was light in the mouth. I would come here again. Perhaps Expecting them to be understaffed and Running around, because they were pleasant people.

Everything is excellent about this restaurant, but what's most important to me is that their gluten-free food is actually gluten free! Please understand that most of the restaurants that advertise gluten-free options don't actually take the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination and, as such, the gluten-free food you're buying actually contains gluten! I have a hunch that the management of 110 Grill either has celiac disease or loves someone who does, because they take providing safe, gluten-free options seriously.
