It's been quite a few years since we've eaten at 110 grill so we decided to try it out again. I need to eat gluten free so I was excited to eat here. Unfortunately the fig gf pizza was undercooked and was just covered in way too much fig jam, it was quite gross (the manager took it off the bill). My husband had a chicken sandwich, he said it was fine, it was very greasy (when he picked it up, a flood of grease dripped out of it). It also didn't also have any sauce on it or creamy cole slaw, but he's a boy and didn't care because he was hungry. Our service was amazing! I can't remember his name (maybe shawn?) he was tall with a beard, super friendly. Drinks were fast and he checked in on us multiple times.

The food is very good! Service was amazing! Drinks are awesome!

This place is great! Their dedication to accommodating allergies is incredible and 100% of their core menu can be made gluten free. Upon walking in, the host asked if we needed gluten free menus which was very nice to hear as a gluten free person! Also, the servers ask immediately if any people in the party have food allergies to alert the kitchen. I have celiac and I felt super safe eating here! The gluten free food here is so incredible I went here twice while in the area. I tried the (all, of course, made gluten free) fish tacos for lunch and the shrimp scampi and the beignets for dinner and all were very delicious! The service is incredible here and food comes very fast. Also, the ambience in the restaurant is very welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I gave the food 2 because it was mediocre at best but one of our meals was so salty it was inedible . Sent it back and the chef didn’t come over to apologize. Took over 15 mins to get a bowl of chowder that literally just had to be ladled into a bowl . The drinks were good a hibiscus margarita and a bottle of sparkling water. Our waitress was very apologetic and very good. Her name is Amanda. The manager never came around to check on all patrons as we have previously experienced there. We will not go back unless management changes. Our money is hard earned to experience rudeness from a chef .

Great food! Great service! Great beer! Ended up getting a beer, chicken parm, and chicken wings for apps. The portion for the food was large and I left very full. If your in the area definitely come here and check it out.

Special Note : Culinary Director Daniel Greenough answered my question. . . Most of their DESSERTS are made on site, and fresh daily! 😃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 July 30, 2024 - The owners have “ Big Shoes” to fill in this historic spot on Rt. 1 in Saugus ! My wife is a Saugus Sachem ( graduated from Saugus H.S.) and whose family goes back 100 years in this quaint town. Folks screamed to save The Big Cactus, and Hilltop Steak House. All that remains of Frank Giuffrada’s 1,500 seat restaurant is the CACTUS! So we stopped in for lunch with my wife’s sister, at the 110 Grill , across from the old Kowloon’s Restaurant ! Although smaller in size, we liked the 110 Grill’s modern decor and outside seating arrangement. Not crowded during a Tuesday weekday at lunch time, seated quickly by the hostess. Our server Haley approached with menus and coached us through our drink order. We enjoyed our time in “ catching up” . . . with several cocktails , especially the Raspberry Lemon Sangria, excellent seasonal thirst quencher! I loved the Boston UFO Blueberry Ale 🍺! Entrees arrived , Let’s Eat ! My wife enjoyed her fresh Fish & Chips! Her sister liked her Turkey Burger and fries! Such a surprise, a very good Chef special. . . Apricot Shrimp Risotto. . . Fantastic Chef! 😃👍🏼 Being a New Englander ( born in Massachusetts, lived 8 years in Maine) I had to try your Clam Chowder . Well I’m not a big fan of the THICK creamery style of chowdha, most use flour to add thickness, sadly decreases the clam flavor. I prefer the buttery broth loaded with clams, onions, potatoes, little or no bacon ( that can tilt the flavor toward the bacon). *Fun Facts * +Ryan Dion & Robert Walker 2014 Begin! +1st 110 Grill opens in Chelmsford , MA +Currently about 41 + locations +Focus to offer Allergy awareness recipes +Gluten Free food offered +Saugus 110 Grill opened in 2019 +Ryan Dion voted Restauranteur of 2020 +2019 Restaurant Neighbor Award for Community Service 😃👍🏼. Over all, we appreciated the great service , especially from Hayley our server! With a friendly atmosphere, and good food we’ll definitely return to the 110 Grill in Saugus . . . home of the Sachems !

Google
I've been to a few 110 Grill and I have to say they were all great. A friend and I went there and walking in we noticed it was dirty from the door to the carpet it looked like it wasn't vacuumed in days . The table we was sat it was dirty . It was so not like the other 110 Grill I have visited in the past. We decided to leave. Didn't feel comfortable eating there. Management really needs to address the cleaning issue at that location.

Google
They take allergies very seriously. As someone who is gluten free and also has many food intolerances, it is very difficult to eat out. I rarely eat away from home. But we were on a family vacation in Salem MA and so I researched safe food options ahead of our trip. I was very grateful to find the 110 Grill in Saugus. When we arrived, we were immediately asked if we needed a gluten free menu. Upon sitting down our waitress explained that they were a made from scratch kitchen and therefore they could make anything to order to ensure that I could eat safely. I had multiple questions about ingredients used in a few dishes and our waitress was very kind and patient in answering my questions. I ended up ordering salmon with a side of jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. I needed everything without seasoning, and they were more than happy to accommodate these specifications. My meal was very good, and the portion was generous. My only complaint was that service was very slow. We ended up being there two hours in total. And had to wait long stretches of time in-between receiving drinks, appetizers, entrees and getting the check to pay. Our group had 5 people total. I noticed that a lot of to-go/pick-up orders were going out and that seemed to slow down service for those dining in. I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what. But overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant. To be able to eat safely away from home, means the world to me

Yelp
We had lunch here the other day and hose the spot because of GF menu offered. I had Thai sesame salmon and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the steak and cheese, which he said was good and my son had the GF hot honey chicken sandwich. The waitress was great very personable and checked with us often.

Yelp
i tried 110 grill after swearing off of them after an incident at the marlborough location years ago. i had positive experiences at this location in the past so i gave them another chance. alejandra provided great service, and gave us enough time. bang bang cauliflower was decent but i felt it was missing something, and was extremely oily. the margherita flatbread on a cauliflower crust was decent but had way too much balsamic which dampened the taste of any other topping. the shrimp scampi was delicious but very heavy, and they gave either 7 or 8 decently sized shrimps! their honey chicken sandwich was not the best. bang bang cauliflower 5/10 margherita flatbread 6.5/10 shrimp scampi 7.5/10 honey chicken sandwich 3/10 overall due to service and select menu items, i'd return to this location. they have great cocktails as well! ambiance: 4/5 food: 2.7/5 service: 4/5 110 grill: 3.6/5

Yelp
Horrible service...empty Monday at 6:00. Sat at the bar with my wife. After ordering, we tried to get the bartenders attention to change the order, but she was too busy flirting with a customer . As I predicted to my wife, instead of bringing the soup and salad separately, as you're supposed to, she brought everything over at once because she was too busy flirting with a guy. Never going back.

Mary B.

Yelp
Most foods, if not all are available to order gluten free. We've enjoyed consistent gluten free foods/Entrees at several area locations in MA and NH. The manager of the Saugus site, Maria is very helpful if planning a larger family sit down dinner.

Yelp
Went last night with my sons and it was great this past Sunday was Dominican Mother's Day so we celebrate a little late but ok Got there we were seat did not like our seats they brought us outside where it was fabulous night was great we had an appetizer then drinks and dinner Daniella was our server and she was fabulous took her time we chatted I will be back the fire pit was amazing

Maria G.

Yelp
Very torn about this review. Food and service were great! Absolutely loved everything we ordered from the mojito to calamari. Service was very friendly. Also loved the fact that they are allergies friendly. The price is also very fair. That said, the ambiance was just not very good. We were seated outside, and it was just very dirty. The floor was filthy with trash and ants crawling around. The table was not very clean. Frankly, even as we walked through the restaurant, the inside carpet was visibly dirty. I know this is a chain restaurant, but I still expect it better. This is a side note, but not factored into the review rating. It's more FYI for those who want to be seated outside, it is right next to a major highway, so very loud and hard to hold a conversation.

T G.

Yelp
Have not been since they first opened. Food took a very long time and when we finally got it it was cold. The booth was like sitting in a five gallon bucket. Table and booth were sticky. Carpet was filthy. I worked in restaurants when I was a kid. One owner said to me if the front of house isn't clean what might customers think the back of house looks like?

Cee D.

Yelp
Food was ok, will go broke on the bar bill. cheap wine- $22 a glass Buh bye! I called to ask if there was a mistake since I didn't see the charg for my one glass of wine that is a $15 bottle at Total Wine, the manager said, no that's correct, the 9 oz glass is called a carrafe. We'll, if that's a carafe, the glass I drink at home is called a bucket.

Lisa M.

Yelp
We had previously went to a 110 grill in NY and tried this one out. I love how allergen aware they are here. They asked us if we wanted a gluten free menu when we entered and asked about all food allergies when we sat. Every person who brought food to the table was aware of food allergies. My husband got the pulled pork Mac and cheese and adored it. I got a burger (Udi's bun it appears) and onion strings. Burger was okay (could use more seasoning). The onion strings were *chef's kiss*

Mary K.

Yelp
Barbecue Chicken Nachos! My former fav! These have gone downhill. Been getting these once yummy nachos pretty frequently (once a month) for takeout. The last two times I've gotten them, instead of about a cup of white chicken breast, only about a 1/2 cup of very unappetizing looking dark meat. Almost no corn or black beans. Definitely not worth the price for mostly corn chips, barbecue sauce, and cheese sauce. Please make these delicious again!

Bethel D.

Yelp
Ambiance: great for a nice lunch or dinner without having to be dressed up Service: friendly staff and attentive. Food: Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread was yummy and great to share, the Clam Chowder was really good! I was hesitating on ordering it because most restaurants don't make it very well unless its a main item on the menu but I'd absolutely have it again! The Chicken Piccata Gnocchi was good if you really like a lemony flavor, but it was a bit much for me despite it being cooked very well.

Rikki L.

Yelp
Used to love this place but it's gone extremely down hill. The place is gross, the service is slow even when it's dead and the food is mediocre. Upon my last visit my boyfriend was served completely black brussel sprouts and our waitress disappeared majority of the night. Our silverware and table were dirty and we were never offered refills on our drinks or given the opportunity to ask. Our server only came to take our order and give us our bill. The new menu is awful now that they have gotten rid of a bunch of meals. Won't be returning and would give 0 stars if I could!

Ernest S.

Yelp
Cindy and I have eaten here a few times she likes the pulled pork with the macaroni and cheese. I usually get the cheeseburger and it's delicious. She has a glass of wine with her meal. I usually drink a diet Coke. The weight is very friendly and willing to accommodate you in anyway, they canprices are reasonable. The food is pretty good. It's a good place to go for a date night.

Robert K.

Yelp
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAY AWAY PLACE I went there today with one other person for lunch about 1pm. Got seated and just sat there waiting waiting waiting for anyone just to stop by to say Hi. I'll be right with you, etc.. After 15 minutes of absolutely "0" acknowledgment we decided to leave. I looked for the hostess, but she disappeared no where in site. Unfortunately I wasn't able to say anything as to why we were leaving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.  They clearly are bothered by or simply ignore their few customers I turned around and came back down Rt1 and stopped at the Grille House RESTAURANT just before the 110. MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND!!

Herb Z.

Yelp
Came here for the "brunch". Place was completely empty, but yet the hostess had to "Check" and see if there was a table. Had to wait 7-8 minutes for the staff to see if it was OK. Mind you there was only one other party behind us. So we get seated and we have to wait another 10 minutes to get water and menus by the strange wait staff, a tall man and a young woman. They seemed to be out of it and very forgetful, maybe too much partying the night before. I ordered red wine and they brought me white, and said I asked for white when I didn't. Not to mention I had to wait 15 minutes for the incorrect drink. So we get the menus and mine had oily fingerprints in it. The food took forever to get, we were sitting near the kitchen and I could see the cooking staff very tense and arguing amongst each other and with wait staff. I would say the soups and apps were a 3. My main course and the others a 2. Definitely not a great place considering the prices and terrible service. Oh yes, going back to what I said at the beginning - only 4 tables had occupants. The place was empty, so I have no idea what they needed to check about with seating or availability. Very strange indeed!

Jane P.

Yelp
The food was very good ! Loved the key lime pie dessert. The bar is big and great to sit and eat dinner.

Joey C.

Yelp
Me and my girlfriend have been wanting to try this place out especially after seeing them on phantom gourmet. We visited for her birthday with her mother and father who notoriously don't try new dishes and we ALL loved the food!! Her mother had the salmon with garlic and butter and we all tried it, it was tender and juicy as well as flavorful and cooked to perfection!! Her father had the steak tips and really enjoyed them! She had the hot honey chicken sandwich and was blown away by not only the size but how flavorful it was! I had the pulled pork Mac and cheese and just.. WOW! It was everything I hoped it would be, extremely creamy and cheesy and the pork was tender and full of flavor! Out drinks were also really well made! The service was absolutely amazing as well! It seemed quite busy but they got a table cleaned up very quickly and got us seated! Our server Niki was very attentive and friendly, she made sure we had anything we needed and was on-top of everything! Our food was all fresh and hot when it hit the table! We will DEFINITELY be back for more!!

Rachel M.

Yelp
Great food and service! Kids portions are great. Had a wonderful dinner! Definitely recommend.

Ellen F.

Yelp
3 of us went for an early dinner tonight, sat at the bar that was NOT busy in the least. Never got a water, my drink was undrinkable (had to ask to fix it, as it was unbelievably sour), One of our meals came out NOT as we asked for it, no one EVER came by to see if we needed anything or if the food was ok, plates were left in front of us for a good 15 minutes until one of yelled across the bar to give us our bill ........Will NEVER go back... Imagine if it was busy??? Just so management knows, we would have ordered more, had anyone come over to us.........

Robin C.

Yelp
My fiance and I went for an early dinner. There was o my o e couple inside the restaurant and no one outside. The waitress we had Alan was extremely slow. When we did receive our food it was not worth the wait. My swordfish was very dry and tasteless. His $50 ribeye was extremely fatty and very tough. We were there for an hour and half most of which was waiting for the food, the waitress to bring boxes, we had to ask for a third box because the food didn't fit in the small containers they provide, and a pen to sign the bill. Waiting for the third container was another 20 minutes. It took us less than 5 minutes to eat and the rest of the time waiting on the waitress. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were good. Unsweetened ice tea and no sweeteners to add. The other couple waited for desert while we ate the meal by the time they got their desert they had no utensils to eat it with. We are not returning to the 110 grilled. If I could give 0 stars I would

Ana A.

Yelp
VERY GOOD FOOD! Fast service! Very family environment. Very easy parking. Come back for sure!

Patrick S.

Yelp
I highly recommend the 110 Grill in Saugus, the service at 110 Grill is very professional, the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious at 110 Grill, my friend had the Caeser salad, she said this is delicious, I had the pull- pork sandwich for my dinner, the pull-pork sandwich was delicious, for dessert I had the apple crisp, the dessert was very delicious and I also would recommend 110 Grill in Saugus to your Family and friends.

Michael W.

Yelp
The bar tenders are great. Food is always great. No complaints here. It's too bad some of the menu items are going away. They should ask the customer for their input.

Sam N.

Yelp
Drinks are a little overpriced and service is slow. We were hoping to grab some drinks and appetizers at the bar. Two couples were seated at the bar after us and both couples had their food order taken before us. I think you have to regulars here to get good service. To be fair, the bar is fairly big and the bartender was working solo. We paid for our drinks and left (hungry). 2 mixed drinks and 1 beer came to almost $40 after tax. We still left a 20% tip but I don't think we will be back anytime soon. We made it pretty clear we wanted to order appetizers. Not the first time we've gotten mediocre service at this place. It's a shame bc the restaurant itself is pretty nice.

Jay D.

Yelp
Stopped in to grab a beer and meet a friend. Looking at the beer menu I ordered a Nightshift... strike one... all out. My second choice was a Newburyport "rotational"... strike two... don't have it. Okay, I'm looking at the tap handle for Cloud Candy... strike three... they ran out! WTF? I guess I'll have a Coors Light

P B.

Yelp
Food was ok. Service was ok. Inside was ok. Maybe you have to try this one for yourself. Since "110" has more one restaurant I will try one of the others to make sure if it's just "110 Grill" itself or is it the location.

Bianca F.

Yelp
My family and I have been coming to this location for a while now and we've never been disappointed. The service and the food is just amazing ! Today my best friend and I had lunch here and it was just a great time. Our server Amanda was a riot ! Her and AJ are great ! We had the watermelon margtini WHAT AN AMAZING DRINK. got the fried pickles and I opted for the grilled cheese with fries today! Super cheesy n the bread was thick and toasted to perfection! We ended our lunch with the oreo brownie sundae ! WHAT A GREAT LUNCH. I'LL BE BACK !

ML T.

Yelp
I usually order the chicken caprese but the last few times the chicken has been overcooked to the point where I could hardly cut it with a knife. The last time there was only a sliver of cheese on it. Decided to try the fish tacos instead of my go-to meal. What a disappointment. I have received more food on my plate at restaurants for appetizers than what was placed in front of me. Three TINY tacos. The cajun seasoning ruined the fish. Rice was bland. My friend ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The fries were cold. Had to ask for hot fries. Feeling nauseous about 30 minutes after leaving the place. Think it was the awful cajun seasoning. And one cannot leave a less than outstanding review on their website. Live and learn I guess. Plus the table felt sticky. For the prices I expected better.

Annemarie E.

Yelp
I recently stopped by for lunch. The place is nicely decorated and very clean. I was seated quickly and the wait staff was very nice and efficient. I ordered the steak tips with garlic mashed potato's and a half Caesar salad. I was surprised that the steak tips were sparse and a bit dry. The potato's were tasty, but again, small portion. The salad was perfect and a good size. I barely looked at the menu, knowing I wanted steak tips so I was rushing to see if they were offered. I saw that they were and ordered it. Then I got the bill. $32 for a small portion of steak tips?? The lunch came to about $45 before the tip. So, $53 for lunch. $53. Ridiculous! And disappointing.

Yelp
Coming to the 110 Grill tonight (10/7) was definitely a mistake. My husband and I arrived at 5:35pm and were greeted and sat at a booth per my request. About 5 minutes passed before our waiter, Phil came over. He asked if we had ever been there before/ if we had any allergies, I said that we had not been there before and my husband said that he has a shellfish allergy. My husband ordered a peach mule and I ordered a pomegranate pear martini. We each requested waters as well. About 7-10 minutes later, Phil returned with our alcoholic drinks, but no water. After dropping our alcoholic drinks off and no water, Phil disappeared. My husband caught the waiter while he was coming by to serve other tables and requested our waters, again. Phil took our orders as well- a short rib burger (special) for my husband with fries, and the 110 cucumber avocado tuna for me. Our drinks were okay, mine had gin in it which I didn't think paired well with the other flavors in the drink. My husband's peach mule was just okay. The food was not great. They were delivered by a manager and another food runner/server. The short rib and fries were not seasoned for my husband. There was no ketchup with the fries. I tried one fry and agreed they needed more salt and pepper. They were extremely bland. My husband thought the short rib was not seasoned as well. The cucumber avocado tuna was okay. Even with the sauce mixed in to the rice/tuna/cucumber/avocado it tasted bland. There was too much cucumber as well. During our meal, Phil never came around to ask how the food was or ask us if we wanted another drink. About 20-25 minutes before the end of our meal- we finally got waters, at the same time as another party that asked for them that had just been seated. Coincidence? I think not. I will not be returning. This is the worst service I've had at a restaurant in years (maybe ever).

Tricia W.

Yelp
At lunch here last Saturday. WE had been here last year and while it was very sparse and quiet the food and service was good, so we returned. Happy to see it busier this summer. Bartender was great. WE had the 110 Antipasto which was a great twist on the Italian classic. I then had the best turkey burger ever! So fulfilling I couldn't finish it. Only critic is that they were stingy with the aioli, but happy to give me extra. Hubby had the Cuban (I think same as last year lol) and was pleased.

Jodie K.

Yelp
I was disappointed that this place didn't live up to the 4stars I saw in the reviews. I wonder if reviewers mistake it for the place next door. My Mom took me out for dinner to thank me for helping her with a project and I encouraged 110 Grill because it got 4stars (I'm usually confident in that rating) despite her comments about the good food next door. My drink, a simple glass of Prosecco showed up long after I ordered it and even after my meal arrived. I ordered it almost immediately upon sitting down, long before I ordered my fish n chips. Prosecco and fish n chips!? Gross--i should've been on to round two. The ratio of fish to batter was 1:3. The fries were barely room temp and obviously reheated. My Moms meal was of the same lack of quality. Everything was room temp and reheated, swordfish, Brussels sprouts and the mashed potatoes. I think it's amazing they have an entire menu for Gluten Free and I bet that's the only reason they get the 4stars. Whoever gave this place 3 plus stars needs to get out more. And, no, management we didn't complain so you could have a chance to fix it because everything was broken, where should we have started? Silver lining...more time with Mom, she said she had to take me out again to redeem this meal--shucks.

Kimberly S.

Yelp
The food was good but the server, Amal, is really why I'm giving 5 stars. She was so attentive, friendly and kind. I had to send my plate back because it came out ice cold. I really hate doing that and I hate wasting food even more so she went out of her way to just reheat the meat but insisted on replacing the sides. Excellent service!

Kay M.

Yelp
Walked in to 3 people standing at booth at entrance.. not one person greeted my family. We waited about 3 mins with no words exchanged while the hostess shuffled menus. She then says follow me .. did not even ask hi how are you .. how many people for the table as one person was still outside. Our waiter Phil was good . Fish tacos were okay. Just highly dissatisfied of the no greeting at all when arriving. Also to mention they did the same thing to the family behind us . Terrible service.

John L.

Yelp
Mediocre at best, service is always great but the food runs right through me, is very bland and always seems mismatched.

Jerry C.

Yelp
A mixed bag here The food was mostly well liked but uneven service. Should be better. Had high expectations for this rapidly growing chain but our meal for 4 people ultimately was undermined by uneven delivery of our meals and one disappointing dish. It was nice to make reservations and to be seated in a comfortable and sizable booth. The interior of the restaurant is new, contemporary and reasonably warm in feeling. The bar area also looks great. Our server while friendly upfront but didn't manage the meal well for us. The drink selection was wide and interesting. The beer choices were also a highlight and I was more than pleased with a well-poured 22 oz. Wormtown. After taking our orders the challenges began. Two of the dishes arrived in a reasonable amount of time- from a food runner. Then a 5 minute wait for the third dish and another 10 minutes for the fourth dish apologetically brought by the server. I couldn't tell whether this was a kitchen or server issue but it was completely disappointing. The menu is broad and varied. There's a good choice of apps, flatbreads, salads, soups, burgers and entrees including some vegetarian dishes. . We were offered a plate of bread upfront but was surprised at the small amount of fresh baked bread initially delivered to the table but the garlic butter was delicious. A Lamb Meatball specialty dish- (the last one to arrive) was well liked as was the Chicken Caprese served with mozzarella and tomatoes in a salad with balsamic dressing. The cheese tortellini with sausage was also well liked. The sausage was spicy and tasty. My shrimp and clam linguini was disappointing. It included maybe a tablespoon worth of clams (out of the shell) and perhaps 2 medium sized shrimp cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. A couple of bites and the seafood was gone. Oh and I almost broke a tooth on an errant piece of clamshell. Just ok.

Jacqui S.

Yelp
Not the best food. Kinda didn't enjoy the food. The staff were super sweet though. Wouldn't want to eat here again honestly.

Jessica E.

Yelp
Steak was okay, I got the ribeye. Just wasn't seasoned very well. Disappointed. Was more expensive than Texas Roadhouse, and I will say, Texas Roadhouse is better.

Michael C.

Yelp
This location is the former location of The Hilltop Steakhouse. At present, it's a plaza that houses the 110 grill, the Avalon, and various other establishment. The humongous cactus is still out front of the plaza. Ahhh, the memories... We stopped by on a Friday evening with a reservation for 7pm. We ordered wine and decided to order two burgers - which were among the best burgers I've ever tasted. Our server was very down to earth and accommodating. I would come here again given the great and nostalgic location, great dining atmosphere, and delicious burgers.

John T.

Yelp
Went tonight with a date. We started with the firecracker shrimp. Very good cooked perfect with a sweet chilli sauce. Next I got the steak tips. We're cooked perfect medium rare. They were a little grizzly though. Had to spit a few pieces out that I couldn't chew. Emily our server kept everything flowing & had good energy! Will be back!

Denise T.

Yelp
I frequently visit the 110 Grill in Saugus, MA. but this visit a couple of weeks ago was the best for service and food. I wasn't too happy about the new menu because I always ordered certain items when I return. I was sad to see the Mozzarella sticks and the regular flat bread pizza eliminated on the menu. I am not a fan of cauliflower but ordered the pizza anyway to try it. Did not care for it as, all I could taste was cauliflower and not the tomatoes, basil and cheese. I was told that Corporate removed these items because of sale problems in other parts of the country which, I do not agree on. If they don't sell there, it doesn't mean that they will not sell other places. This is a perfect example of their decision. I would like those items back. I was also told that other customers have had the same complaint as min. Our waitress, Madison was not only friendly but, her knowledge of the menu. Jake, the cook came over to our table and apologized for the menu change and Omar, the manager came over as well. They were very sympathetic and were very professional. Kudos to the staff. I think Corporate should take this review very seriously before making unjust decisions.

Yelp
We've been here three times since the Coronapocalypse has "slowed down"; it was in fact our first foray into public dining since the panic. Pretty good-- ok wine selection, good appetizers. We had a trainee and everything went smoothly. Second time-- oooof! Place was fairly busy for a Saturday, but we were early; shouldn't've had to wait soooo long between drinks/courses. My shrimp was, bluntly, UNseasoned, bland, waaah. It kinda turned me off of the place. But! K convinced me to try again (it's less than 10 minutes away, after all). Third time was the charm, and everything was exactly as you'd expect an upscale pub to be. I'm certain that the second visit was a culinary anomaly, and 110 is on our short list of go tos.

Yelp
Came out to enjoy a late holiday lunch with friends, and we chose 110 Grill in part because one of our party has a seafood/shellfish allergy. Very impressed that not only was it the first thing they asked us, but even the food runner reconfirmed that there was an allergy as they delivered food. Fried pickles were good, but the order was small for the price. I had the kale brussels salad, substituting Caesar dressing, and it was excellent--added chicken which was tasty and well cooked. I had the pearberry cocktail and a cranberry margarita; both were fine but if I had it to do over I'd stick with beer, as they had good local IPA selections on draft and beer prices were much better than cocktails. The restaurant was cozy and service was friendly and very patient with as as we chatted instead of looking at the menus. I'll be happy to return!

Yelp
Typical bar food 2/5. Service solid 4/5. Ambiance very generic 2/5. Just like applebees, fridays or any other generic bar food restaurant.

Yelp
Great good and good service. We had appetizers, drinks, main courses and desserts. We tried it all. The spinach dip appetizer was amazing as was the peanut butter cascade dessert. We also got fried pickles, drinks, salmon, shrimp scampi and the oreo brownie sundae. All delicious also. Our server, Victoria, was great and very attentive. We went Saturday night and everyone was spaced out and safety precautions taken. Would recommend and go again! Only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars was that we sat for awhile without anyone coming over and it cost us $160 to eat which is a bit much in my opinion!

Yelp
110 Grill is a great place for dates, business, lunch, or dinner-literally for any occasion. The staff there are all super friendly whether that's the host, server, or bartender. I've been there a hand full of times already for date nights, double dates, and even with my family. I try to always try something new every time, but I have a couple go to's when I'm there that I never seem to switch up. The chicken nachos are amazing. Although I would suggest sharing this with the table as it is pretty big and filling. The buffalo wings are great too to share.. I highly suggest their pulled pork Mac and cheese!!! Drinks were great!!
