"The passion Japanese chefs show for French gastronomy is once again demonstrated by this surprising restaurant whose bare white walls evoke the unwritten pages of a book. Ryuji Teshima, alias Teshi, learned his craft in top establishments before deciding to pursue his personal and contemporary version of Gallic fare, based on fine produce : shellfish and fish from Normandy and Brittany, poultry from the Perche – there is even a small fridge for maturing beef, including wagyu. The “surprise” menu features a mix of colour and flavours which work like a dream in the mouth, with precision cooking and the occasional use of a small binchotan barbecue to add a distinctive charred note. The open kitchen is always an intriguing and entertaining sight for diners…" - Michelin Inspector

We had a cocktails, wine and selection of delicious Tapas. A lot of other menu options, but we were happy with our 5 different asian inspired Tapas. Favorites were the roasted mushrooms and the miso cod. Helpful servers to guide us through our choices and to suggest a nice wine. Thank you for having English spoken and menus. We will happily return!

This is a Hybrid Japanese restaurant. The lunch menu is only donburi and hamburgers available, and no fomule midi. But it tastes great. The soup is also impressive. Ingredients are great too. The crispy fried fries and juicy hamburger patties are also delicious. It's a pity that the quantities are a bit small, but I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been a loyal fan of 116 Pages, recommending it to countless friends and family for its unique blend of authentic Japanese cuisine and creative fusion dishes. It’s always been a special place for us, but my recent visit left me disappointed, and I feel compelled to share in hopes of seeing the restaurant return to its former glory. The food was still decent, but the experience wasn’t the same. The menu has changed, and we were heartbroken to see our family favorite, the wagyu sushi, removed. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed, as our appetizer arrived after the main course, which disrupted the meal. I’m left wondering if there’s been a change in ownership or the culinary team. I truly miss the old 116 Pages and hope this feedback helps you recapture what made this place so exceptional. I’m rooting for you to shine again!

Delicious small plates. Elegant and simple creations that lean on Japanese flavors in a fusion delivery that is very enjoyable. Smallish spot with raw buzzy bistro vibe which feels very welcoming. Chill team working the front of the house made for a relaxed and rewarding repast. Merci! Bien!

Had the 8 course lunch menu and added the wagyu option. Was probably our favourite meal on our Paris trip. Attention to detail on all the plates were great. Waiters were very nice and spoke English. Definitely a good value Michelin starred meal at lunch and very good quality. Would definitely try to eat here again.

Visit with work colleagues. The big issue is the organization of the service : dishes are not served at the same time for all people, very slow, food almost cold etc… it’s a pity because the concept is really interesting and it can easily be an enjoyable experience.

Reservation through google was easy. I recommend having a reservation as it can be fully packed during dinner. Every dish was served hot with fresh ingredients. We had the tempura scampi and salmon sashimi for starters, I recommend! However, the karage and cured beef (simmental) were dry. Quite a shame, I expected better quality and bigger portions for their prices. The service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every needs.
