Why You Must Visit Lo-Fi Santa Cruz Coffee Shop 11th Hour Coffee After a Surf Session - Eater SF

"For those in the Bay Area, it can be intimidating to roll down Interstate 280 or the gorgeous stretches of Highway 1 to take a shot at the belt. Maybe you’re part of the cause of the 35 percent increase in surfing since COVID and are, rightfully, a bit sheepish to hit a locals-only spot. Maybe surfing breaks are so flooded by macho guys that it’s just not worth it. (Peep Brown Girl Surf if this sounds familiar.) But I assure you that if, comfort- and skill-wise, it works out to rip around the many wonderful surfing haunts in Santa Cruz, 11th Hour Coffee is the best spot to decompress." - Paolo Bicchieri

Aquí tienes tu texto traducido al inglés para una reseña de Google: ⸻ A charming place, with a great variety of coffee beans and good snacks. Full of people working and enjoying the atmosphere. It has a beautiful backyard patio, and the room supporting small local vendors adds an even more bohemian touch. The downside: they don’t allow pets inside. Since about 98% of the area is pet-friendly, I’m taking off a star for that. Also, the coffee itself is nothing special…

Google
Coffee shop with delicious and interesting drinks and a really cool atmosphere. The inside feels like you're sitting in a little forest with all the plants and natural light coming through the skylights. It's a great place to hang out and relax or get some work done. I got the honey bee latte and it was sweet and smooth with a subtle amount of honey and lavender. I'd definitely come back Drinks: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Value: 8/10

We were greeted by the friendliest clerk taking our order. Unfortunately, we arrived after the kitchen was closed hence our options were a bit limited. We indulged ourselves in a couple scones, the plain and the cheddar cheese, both we great. The drinks, a golden chai and a matcha latte over ice were made to perfection. This is my second visit. I can't wait to come back again.

Has lots of seating inside and outside and is comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly for the most part, one staff was wearing her frowning face but the coffee came out quickly and was really good. I had the salted carmel latte, I forgot what my wife ordered...

Vibes here are on point. the music (when we visited) was immaculate. we got the cheddar and chive biscuit and the vegan strawberry scone. both items were incredible.

Google
11hour Coffee downtown Santa Cruz i ordered a chai, specifically requesting it in a mug. However, they served it in a paper cup. When I politely asked for it to be served in a mug, I have now been waiting for 13 minutes, which is quite unreasonable. I work at the hospital where our mission is to deliver high-quality care to our patients, and I believe this same standard should apply to every business. Unfortunately, your leader & manager treated me rudely and kept me waiting for over 14 minutes—bearing in mind that washing a cup takes about a minute. Picture attached: The Chai at your best was mediocre! It looks nasty and tasted terrible

Google
Really cute coffee shop in a nice area. The menu offer multiple options. The only complain I can do is the iced latte I order wasn’t that cold.

Google
I was searching good coffee places near downtown Santa Cruz, and this place immediately caught my attention with its vibrant environment full of plants outside. Only until we arrived did we find out that the interior has been under renovation. Nevertheless there is plenty of seats outside in both patio and the hallway. I ordered the signature drink honey bee latte ( house made honey lavender syrup). To be honest, I think it is just alright. Cannot taste lavender flavor and the honey seems not going well with coffee. My husband ordered cappuccino and it is good.

Yelp
If you like a spicy chai , this is THE place You won't need going back to Starbucks after this! Probably the most unique interior /vibe , I can see myself sitting here all day.

Yelp
Super cute coffee shop downtown Santa Cruz. The relaxing ambiance, free WiFi, and abundance of tables make this a perfect place to do work. They have a variety of food, pastry, and drink options which all look delicious! I didn't try any food, but I will be back to as all of it looks amazing! I appreciate that they use high quality, ceremonial matcha for their drinks. I ordered a matcha latte and it was perfectly made! This is my new go to coffee shop and I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
An amazing space for the community. What I love about 11th hour is that it has a happy, bustling environment and they have something for every time of day - so it's an awesome spot to hang out a while. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely space inside with lots of plants. I found outlets to be plentiful and wifi good. In addition to the cafe, there's a bar that opens after hours! So you can seamlessly transition from coffee to beer without even moving. Coffee is great. Food is pretty good. My latte was very nice, a hair pricey, but I didn't mind since it was good and I sat there a while. Good selection of pastries and food. I had the brunch bowl and it was tasty but could have been more filling. Overall a really wonderful place. Come hang out, work, whatever. It's a great space for it all!

Yelp
I love coming here. Everyone working here is so incredibly nice, the ambiance is beautiful, and the coffee and food is great. This is a great place to study or get some work done. I absolutely love the changes they made to the place. It looked great before but now it is even prettier!

Yelp
From the outside the place is unassuming--almost hidden and parking can be sketchy, but once you get inside it's an oasis of everything a coffee shop should be. Plenty of comfortable seating -- even more when it's nice outside with the umbrella-laden patio seating options. The baristas are friendly, well equipped and appropriately staffed for the morning rush. And the food? Spectacular! I enjoyed a loaded Avo toast with my Cortado and had no idea that Avo toast could be so loaded, or so tasty. Eggs, scallions, micro greens, red pepper flakes and ample avocados on spongy focaccia bread? Yes please!!

Yelp
Came here with a friend visiting from out of town on November 18. Our first plan was to have breakfast at Zachary's, not realizing they're closed on Mondays. Then we tried Walnut Avenue Café, but they didn't open till 8 AM. Luckily, 11th hour coffee opens early, so this is where we went. Yay for us! We were cold from having walked around downtown looking for a warm place to eat. We both ordered the honey bee latte. I ordered the Avocado Toast (my go-to) and it was delicious. My friend had the Fancy Grilled Cheese, which is formally known as a Croque Madame. The server told us that when they called it the Croque Madame, few people ordered it. But once they changed the name to Fancy Grilled Cheese, (which is really what it is!), it's now one of the most popular items. Who knew? 11th hour coffee is one of my favorite coffee houses in Santa Cruz and I highly recommend.

Yelp
Friendly baristas and good coffee. The selection of drinks and food are good. I came looking for a nice little cafe and hopefully grab the Honey Bee Latte that I've been told was good! Personally I do not like floral flavors in my coffee, so if you don't like lavender, this latte may not be the most enjoyable for you. Other than that, the coffee is good! Service is fast, parking seems limited and most will be street parking. I would definitely come back to enjoy the greenery all along the seating areas!

Yelp
santa cruz coffee shop which seems quite popular with locals...coffee, drinks and food...interior is long and narrow...seating inside, and outdoor patio in the front and to the back...order at the counter near the entrance...ordered all regular 12 oz. drinks....raspberry mocha $7.75....salted caramel latte $6.50...americano $4.50...latte $5.50...all priced up with an added $0.25 disposable cup charge...wasn't asked, so they must default to disposable cups when ordering...standard tip requested by percentage when ordering multiple drinks, but changes to $1, $2 or $3 tip requests when ordering single drinks...on to the drinks...all the coffee drinks were fantastic!....raspberry mocha which was the priciest drink was delicious with a hint of raspberry and chocolate flavors coming through the drink...salted caramel was also tasty and the latte was perfect...

Yelp
Amazing staff and service. Their expresso martini is very different, but amazing. Ambiance is great with the plants, food, coffee, and bar! I would recommend this for anyone who loves coffee and drinks.

Yelp
What a wonderful hidden gem! I loved all the greenery and the openness of the coffee shop. It's the perfect place to have your coffee and read a book. The employees were attentive and friendly. I ordered the Golden Milk Chai. Hands-down, this was the best I've ever had!!! This will be my go to place when I'm in Santa Cruz.

Yelp
This place is SO NEAT! Coolest coffee shop I've ever visited. So many neat things to look at, lots of plants, coffee mugs, various roasted coffee beans for sale, lots of pastries, Etc. Options for vegans and gluten free alike. I got so distracted by all of the cool things to look at by the time I got to the register I completely forgot to buy the Rose GF cake slice I had my eye on. My iced Raspberry Mocha with oat milk is scrumptious and I am excited to try the 'Theory of Everything' roast at home. Super friendly barista and cashiers as well.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place. I saw it recommend everywhere online, so I thought to give it a try. First thing, they were undergoing construction, so the location was moved over slightly but that wasn't too much of an issue. The temporary location was still cute with many plants and tables. I can see how it's a great space to do work. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with soy milk as recommended by the barista and oh boy! It was $$$! $8 for a regular size drink. I got my drink and it tasted like watered down milk. For them using ceremonial matcha, you couldn't taste it. Also, my strawberry matcha looked like a regular matcha. Typically, strawberry matcha has red and green, but this was just green. Plus I couldn't taste the strawberry. I asked if they had strawberry puree and they said they only use strawberry syrup, not puree. I've never gotten a strawberry matcha made that way - very odd! My family ordered other drinks and they also were expensive and not great. The matcha wasn't whisked well and was chunky on one, the chai was extremely overbearing and covered in spices in another, and the peach black tea just tasted like plain tea with no peach. The employees were sitting around on their phones, and we had to tell them we had more drinks we ordered. I'm hoping my visit was just a one-time experience, as I know 11th Hour is highly rated. The employees were friendly and it's a cute environment, but the taste and price were not worth. Maybe one day I'll come back, but based on my experience, it probably won't be for a bit.

Yelp
Santa Cruz never ceases to impress me with their eclectic local biz. Stepping into 11th Hour Coffee (after waiting the 20-min line, of course) is like finding a serene oasis in the heart of town. Love the artfully-designed space with huge focus on local creatives & community. Artisanal goods line walls-- can't say I wasn't tempted by some of the skincare displayed. SALTED CARAMEL LATTE (iced): Rich, creamy, with the right amount of sweetness! Though, I wouldn't be able to differentiate between a regular caramel latte found elsewhere lol. My bf's Honey Bee Latte was ok. The honey and lavender flavors were hard to detect. Though I see that other reviews say that it's strong-- maybe it's inconsistent? Staff were pleasant but took some time to get our orders out-- and actually got it wrong when it finally did (partner's drink was supposed to be hot). We chalked it up to just being severely backed up and just accepted it as is. Still enjoyed sitting among the lush foliage and soaking in the atmosphere.

Yelp
I put 11th Hour Coffee on my Santa Cruz bucket list when I saw it all over Instagram and Tiktok. However, right now, they are attempting to expand their small business so you can only enter through the back entrance. It is an all outdoor space which is quite small at the moment. I saw that their matcha was really well-reviewed online but I'm not sure if I got a dud. I ordered the Iced Green Bee which is a iced almond milk matcha with honey-lavender syrup. Right off the bat, the matcha was looking pretty chunky and not well-whisked at all, there were literal chunks of matcha throughout the drink. The lavender flavor was WAY too strong while the matcha itself was almost undetectable. Super disappointing but hoping that the coffee is better!

Yelp
Stunning space and delicious goodies! Detailed breakdown below: **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** The inside of the cafe is absolutely gorgeous -- natural light, tons of space, and walls of plants! **Price & portion, 4/5** Prices are a bit steep, but everything is fresh and tasty. **Taste of the food, 5/5** I got a breakfast grain bowl and it was perfect for a light and healthy meal. Tons of different components -- crunchy walnuts, runny egg, tangy sauce, pickled onions, creamy avocado -- made this a really balanced bowl! They also have a huge selection of pastries and breads that are perfect to bring on a picnic or enjoy for the next few days once toasted up a bit in the oven. **Other notes** Street parking is easy to find, but be prepared for a bit of a wait on weekend mornings and afternoons. Luckily there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so it should be no problem finding a seat.

Yelp
Busy on a Saturday morning! The employee was very nice in answering any questions we had and the service was very quick in our drink being ready for pickup. I got the Honey Bee Latte with oat milk and it was not bad, I'd get something else next time.

Yelp
Very cute and vibey coffee shop in Santa Cruz! As some who lives in SF, I was really missing the big, sit down and hangout/do work type of coffeeshop and visiting 11th Hour Coffee was definitely needed. The space overall was huge and I could see myself having a chat with my friends here. They have a lot of cool plants/trinkets around the place. I got the Honey Bee Latte and Iced Green Bee! Both were super good, although I wished the Green Bee had a stronger matcha flavor. Would recommend and will be coming back soon!
google avatar

Bea L.

Yelp
I got the veggie bagel and dirty chai and both were not hitting the spot. I didn't finish either the chai was very tumericy almost and the bagel spread tasted sour. The service and ambiance were amazing. Very nice workers
google avatar

Les Z.

Yelp
UPDATE: I saw the owner's response. The thing is, this charge should be covered by the store, not the customers. Other cafe is not asking customers to pay this mandate fee. What's next, customers pay for your electricity bill too? Overall decent coffee shop. I love the big space and plants. There's always a line if you go on weekends. But I'd say the line moves pretty fast. One thing I don't like about this place is that they charge $0.25 for cup (the disposable kind). Making the customers pay for things that YOU should provide doesn't make the environment better. Only makes you cheap.
google avatar

Yelp
Everything about it is solid. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Nice plants in both places. Pretty busy in general, but not overwhelming at 9 on a Thursday... Although it's not a super fast place, like even when not super busy, it takes a bit for drinks/food to come out. I thought that my burrata toast was excellent, and they did not skimp on either the burrata or the prosciutto. It appeared that my daughter enjoyed her chocolate chip cookie. The Pumpkin muffin was good - although maybe a bit dry, but the cream cheese frosting made up for it. Lots of interesting drink choices if you want to get fancy, but also the standards for boring people like me. (Decaf americano was a-okay).

Yelp
What a cool cafe and shared space. Great ambience and plants inside. Also, Not only is there coffee here, but also a cool bar and other businesses. I loved it all. I went to experience the cafe and had a cup of hot chocolate. Yes, it hit the spot. Music was cool and the vibe was relaxed, but with a caffeinated alertness. . Lots of natural light via big windows and skylights. Many choices to rest your weary bones inside and outside. Did I mention the indoor plants? I'm going to mention them again because this life-enhancing living-green decor set the tone for this cafe and and other businesses in this shared space.

Amir A.

Yelp
You want food -get there. You want just coffee -go elsewhere. Very crowded on weekends. The wait between ordering the coffee (after standing in line), and getting it in hand is long and is the buzzkill. It was uncomfortable to wait for morning caffeine. There are food items which seemed to be enjoyed by other patrons (I did not).. But, if you just want coffee -skip this. Coffee was just alright (nothing to be ecstatic). The atmosphere is nice. There are a lot of plants and outside sitting is very well decorated. Coffee: 4.5/5 Service: 3/5 (good people. Wait Time Costed the stars. Atmosphere : 5.5/5

Yelp
Long line but yummy coffee! They have a surprisingly big space in the back thats good to do some hw. And good selection of coffee beans to buy
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
Came here for a morning coffee. They were doing renovation on the inside so they had a whole setup on their back patio. Had 2 shots of espresso and the shots were pulled very well. I was a bit dubious based on the on the fly outside setup but it was well done. I will say that the 2 baristas were not super approachable or even nice. It was pretty early in the morning so maybe they were just waking up, too.
google avatar

Misha T.

Yelp
Kind of a mixed experience. My latte was solid enough, though my wife didn't care for hers. We got the two breakfast sandwiches, which are sort of Benedicts, with biscuits instead of English muffins. This is particularly true with the green sauce one. The biscuits themselves were quite good but the poached eggs were overcooked and I ended up picking a good deal of the egg out. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it has to compete with the consistently good Verve and Cat & Cloud, which are both super close.
google avatar

Notorious M.

Yelp
Well made! Raspberry mocha is my favourite! They do latte art. Friendly staff. Huge place. Dirty bathroom.
google avatar

Tony F.

Yelp
I came here from a recommendation from another yelper. I ordered the Vanilla Latte and I enjoyed it! I can't say it was anything special but it was solid and if I lived around Santa Cruz it would definitely be a spot to hit up for a coffee. The ambiance here is honestly the best I've experienced in a long time. It felt really cozy and is definitely a perfect spot to get some work done. They have plants inside as well that livens the place up a ton. I would love to come back again when I'm in Santa Cruz!
google avatar

Annabelle R.

Yelp
Waiting 15 minutes for an iced mocha on a Monday morning seemed pretty long and felt like forever. Staff was friendly though. I liked that they had reduced fat milk as an option. The taste was alright, a bit weak/watery, but still drinkable. The setting of this coffee shop was fantastic, spacious inside, lots of beautiful plant decor, artwork on the walls, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
google avatar

Yelp
$8 for an oat vanilla latte... Nice seating and quick service but definitely can grab a coffee someplace else for less than $8 Surcharge for alternative milk/cups Honey bee latte not a fan of that lavender flavor didn't like Vanilla latte was good Coupon available after purchasing ( $5off )

Yelp
One of the best coffee shops in Santa Cruz from my experience. Went on Sunday and the place was moderately packed. The atmosphere was great for studying especially with many indoor and outdoor seating. They have free wifi, so I really enjoyed the time there. Though there's no outlet for charging. (Edit: turn out they did but I just didn't see them lol) I ordered a matcha lemonade and a pear and cream cheese galette, and my friend ordered a cookie. The lemonade was refreshing with a good matcha flavor and really nice for a sunny day. The prices ($5.25 for lemonade and $6 for galette) were decent. Highly recommend the pear and cream cheese galette because it was so crispy and tasted delicious! There's sugar on the top that is caramelized, adding a great texture to the pastry. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had to ask the staff in the drink station for my galette because they didn't give it to me after I got my drink. They were kind and got me the food right away! Overall, a great place for hanging out with friends and studying.

Yelp
This is my favorite coffee shop in Santa Cruz! This location is near downtown Santa Cruz. I've ordered the iced green bee and the iced honey bee with oat milk before. Both are lavender drinks. The drinks here are solid and have an amazing lavender flavor. I like how the drinks are not overly sweet and smooth. The atmosphere is incredible. There are many plants for sale. The indoor and outdoor seating are very cozy. Seems like a great study spot! I also tried the lavender blueberry bread. I'm glad I tried it, but it wasn't as moist as I would have liked. Parking is mainly street parking. Even on the weekend, I was able to find a spot. Overall, a great way to start any Santa Cruz day!

Yelp
Really great food - Great coffee- Great customer service- Great outdoor patio! Love this place!
google avatar

Yelp
Really cute coffee shop with solid roasting. It's a local favorite for a good reason! Pastries are unique and delicious. Service was warm and friendly. Zucchini cheesecake: 5/5 zucchini muffin x cheese cake. It was moist, rusty, dense, rich, creamy, smooth, so satisfying...would definitely get again Bourbon cherry scone: 3/5 it was a little dry and there wasn't much of cherry or bourbon flavor. pass Yes cacao adaptogen chocolate: I tried the orange one and actually felt like I was concentrating better and more uplifted. Maybe it was working! Taste was fine. I take Maca and mushroom so it doesn't bother me. Honey bee latte: honey lavender latte. They use clover for whole milk and oatly for oat milk. Decent choices. The lavender was pretty strong and more on the floral side and less earthy. It took some getting used to but it grew on me. There's also a hidden fried chicken sandwich place and a bar for after hours ;)
google avatar

Yelp
came here for a quick bite and it did not disappoint! when we visited their inside cafe was closed for renovations but they were set up in their spacious back patio. lots of people were sitting outside at their many tables working or chatting with friends on that beautiful day. super friendly, patient customer service as we had questions about what sandwich to get and the veggie frittata that was recommended pleasantly surprised us with how good it was in flavor and with its crispy focaccia! their ice green bee (matcha honey lavender) was good, not too sweet or overbearing, but we thought it could've used a stronger matcha taste, mostly we tasted honey with a note of lavender aftertaste. drinks came out at the speed of light with the perfectly warmed sandwich following shortly after which was great!
google avatar

Samantha S.

Yelp
Local-recommended coffee shop. The inside is under construction so you can only sit outside on the side patio (which was shaded and put together nicely). I am not sure if it was there before, but they did a great job with the space they had. On a busy morning, prepare to wait awhile for food to get heated up. They have little toaster ovens to heat up things like focaccia sandwiches and they don't seem to heat quickly. They were worth the wait though. I had the burrata/tomato one and it was soooo lovely. Great flavors. Coffee was pretty good...I wouldn't say it was bold with flavor. Had some light, fruity notes to it. Overall a good experience.
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
Ordered the matcha latte and vanilla bean latte. Both were very good. I personally recommend to order drinks hot here! The latte was very delicious especially with the foam. It was very packed when we came in but luckily there is additional outdoor seating. :)
google avatar

Eunice T.

Yelp
I decided to stop by this coffee shop after seeing high reviews on Yelp. It was about 11:30 am on a weekend when we arrived, and wow, the line was long. I didn't think coffee would be popular at lunch time, but it seems that many people here were also ordering toasts and brunch items. I waited about 10 minutes after ordering to receive the coffee. I got the Honey Bee Latte - it was pretty good. I also love the straws here - it was unique. The atmosphere was nice and cute.
google avatar

Natalie T.

Yelp
The ambience is 9/10 beautiful spacious indoor and outdoor seating perfect for studying and dates. BUT their matcha was butt gross. As a matcha enthusiast, I love a good grassy earth taste but this was straight dirt. I got the Conflicted Hippie because I'm vegan for lent and very accustomed to vegan substitutions especially when it comes to milk. Maybe they forgot the honey because it lacked sweetness completely. I will say my sister, a coffee enthusiast really enjoyed her drink. Henceforth, unfortunately, since I didn't enjoy my matcha whatsoever and wasted $6 I have to give this place 3 stars. But I would absolutely recommend this place just to hang out and do homework especially if you're just looking for coffee. I do think I'll give this place another try and see if their food items are any good
google avatar

Bao N.

Yelp
No words can truly describe how gorgeous this place is. Other cafes need to start taking notes. Indoor plants and plenty of natural light are a must. It opens up the space and makes it feel so inviting. The baristas are very friendly, and it was no trouble getting my order in. I got the iced salted caramel latte. No complaints. I would love to come here all the time if I could.
google avatar

Kristin F.

Yelp
This place is adorable and has super vibe, along with indoor and outdoor seating. The avocado toast was amazing! Whenever I'm in town I love to stop by for coffee and a bite to eat. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere and service!
google avatar

Molly L.

Yelp
I want to like this spot so badly, but they tend to come up short. A few drinks that I have had were good, but the avocado toast I had was very stale and hard to bite through. I can tell that the baristas are overworked and don't seem like they enjoy being there. They are usually super busy with lines out the door, so I get it.
google avatar

Melissa A.

Yelp
We are visiting from out of town and found this cute great vibe coffee spot! The drinks are good, the staff is very friendly they are under construction, but there is outside sitting . My partner had a hot matcha latte with oat milk, to which she enjoyed. I got a vanilla hot latte with almond milk, both very good. definitely will be returning when visiting next time.

Yelp
Santa Cruz has a great coffee scene going on. Every time we're in the area, we like to visit something new. This place is located in downtown, so parking may be a bit difficult if coming during busy times. When we first approached the location, we thought it would be small, but then we started walking and realized that there is more to it than just the front ordering area. There is so much room! A perfect place to study, read or catch up with family/friends. Love all the plants and other items that they sell, it really gives this place a unique feel. The coffee was a solid! We didn't order any of their pastries / food items, but they all looked so good! We opted for our go-to drinks that we use for any new coffee location, mocha and vanilla oatmilk latte. My husband rated the mocha at a 4/5, mainly due to him not getting it iced, which he typically does. I would give the vanilla oatmilk latte a solid 10/10. I can't wait to go back and try other drinks, pastries and food items!
google avatar

Sophie C.

Yelp
One of my top 3 cafes of all time (huge statement as a chronic cafe-hopper). The ambiance could not be more perfect, there's plenty of indoor seating options as well as outdoor. It does get pretty busy in here, but I always find a space to study or just chill. The pastries here are INSANE. I always go for the cherry bourbon scone, the sugar crust on top is delicious, and the scone itself is perfectly crumbly and buttery. I always get just an iced latte, and the quality of the espresso is great. I like a stronger coffee and tend to be picky with my drinks, but this doesn't disappoint. I will say their prices are pretty high, but it's so worth it. Make sure to bring a reusable cup:) Couldn't be happier with my experiences here!

Yelp
If I lived in Santa Cruz I would be here ALL the time!! Beautiful, greenery-focused ambience with lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor. The interior looked like a very cozy atmosphere to work from home or study, as lots of people seemed to be doing during my visit despite it being a Saturday evening. My matcha was great and so was the service. Shoutout to our barista Jenny who was super friendly and very skilled! Definitely would come back again if I were in the area.

Yelp
This place is so cute. Loved the ambiance and everything we ordered was great. The service was friendly and there is some metered parking on the street. Not too crazy busy on a Sunday morning.

Yelp
Coffee was good and the people were lovely! It's a relaxing, calm coffee shop vibes off the downtown Santa Cruz. Good for getting work done or catching up with a friend. They also have plants and other wellness products if you want to browse or shop while you wait! The only reason for holding off on a star was that the drinks were made a bit too hot and couldn't drink for a while.

Yelp
Super cute coffee spot in Santa Cruz! It's filled with plants and has a great, lively atmosphere. All the staff are super friendly and the drinks/food comes out in a reasonable time considering how many people were there. I got the Breakfast Biscuit and the Chai. The biscuit was flavorful and not too dry, and the bacon, avocado, and egg were perfect together. The chai was very good as well, well spiced and smooth. Will have to come back!
