Major shoutout to Miranda for helping me throughout my leasing process. She was incredibly responsive and provided so much support during what was a stressful time for me. She truly made the process easier, and I’m extremely grateful for her patience and kindness. She played a big role in my decision to choose this facility! I felt very cared for! Great process

Absolutely love being here so far. Miranda, our leasing agent, was super responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. Since moving in she continues to be extremely helpful when we need and friendly when we see her in the building. I do enjoy living here and THUS FAR over the last 2 months have had little to no issues.

I recently toured 1213 Walnut with Mandonnah (Leasing Agent) and she was very welcoming and helpful showing me around the building and explaining all the details for leasing an unit! Unfortunately, someone got the unit I wanted, but nonetheless, Mandonnah was excellent with showing me other available units and current promotions. The building itself is very modern, has a nice rooftop, lounge, gym and so on. I highly recommend! Shout out to Mandonnah and Miranda who I also toured with briefly. They were very helpful. I will be looking at living here when I get another chance!

Miranda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and very courteous. She made the whole apartment viewing experience easy and enjoyable. I recently moved in to 1213 and it is excellent. Miranda is a terrific leasing specialist and everyone from maintenance to staff has been superb. Highly recommend this building.

edit：it’s funny to read how great I felt first moving in. AVOID the south corner unit, you’ll get endless random mechanical noise from INSIDE of the wall. Maintenance came and claimed it’s fixed but it’s not. The building itself is a 7/10, great location, great view if you’re south facing/above 16 floor. The office was great BEFORE you move in (or maybe it’s just my agent Jasmine who left a few months after I moved in, good for you Jasmine) There’s no “property management” team except for those leasing people, who couldn’t care less about your living experience. Their priority is to lease out as many units as possible. Don’t expect to reach any of them with maintenance issue once you move in. The team shows no empathy. I called the regional manager’s number, who consistently comments under all the bad reviews, bc no one in the building is answering my maintenance request and the mechanical noise has been going on for a whole freaking day + night, and the regional manager just told me to “keep calling the property”. ———————————— Boy oh boy, how should I start. Moving from a "disgusting" student apartment building with a barely existing management team to 1213 Walnut has been the greatest choice I made in 2024. First off, after touring a bunch of apartments around center city, the leasing agent here, Jasmine, has really raised the bar among her peers. She truly cares about you! Her friendlyness and kindness tell you a lot about this place and the mgmt team. The service she delivered gave us such a great first impression of 1213. And I think it's safe to confirm that my first impression is valid - everyone at the front desk and on the maintenance team is super nice and approachable. It really makes you feel like home right away. So, whoever on the leadership team reads this, please give our fav agent Jasmine a raise/bonus. And considering that I even dragged my friend to sign a lease here, I don't need to tell you how much value she's bringing to 1213.

Absolutely stunning building. If you haven't already toured this building its a MUST SEE! Very helpful staff. Amazing amenities, and really nice sized units.

I toured 1213 Walnut with Miranda. She was very helpful & quick to respond to my endless questions regarding the apartments. The building, amenities, & location are ideal... I would highly recommend asking for Miranda if you are in need of an apartment.

I just moved into my apartment here, and it has been an incredible experience! Ryan was so helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure move-in was as smooth as possible. The apartment I moved into was clean and has been absolutely perfect!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Had an incredible view! Great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The gym and pool table were so cool in the main area as well. Truly a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend.
