1214 Fifth Avenue Luxury Apartments

From move-in to move-out, the experience at 1214 was outstanding. The staff are truly next level and make living there feel effortless. Every interaction, from the upbeat greetings in the morning to the seamless package handling, made it clear that the team genuinely cares. There’s a real sense that the doormen and building staff have your back, and that kind of support is rare in the city. The doormen in particular deserve a special shoutout, they set the gold standard for service and make the building feel like home every single day.

I've lived here for about 3 years and it is wonderful. The staff is wonderful and so kind. Living here has been the best decision of my life. My kids love living here. Definitely would recommend!

I've stayed with a friend here 3 times over the past couple of years, and I absolutely love it. Her apartment is a corner unit facing Central Park, on the 36th floor, and the views are just delightful. The interior is designed very well, maximizing the space. It feels much bigger than 1000sqft due to the layout. The entry/common area downstairs is tastefully furnished and very well kept. Everyone I've encountered here (front desk staff, doorman, gym/pool staff) is very friendly and courteous. The amenities blow me away- a full gym, lap pool and club lounge, with an outdoor area from which to enjoy the awesome New York views. This apartment is well situated for getting around anywhere in the city. Cabs and Uber are readily available, the subway is just a short jaunt away. I wish I could live here, for now I'll make do with (twice) yearly visits ;)

One of the most overpriced apartment buildings in Manhattan, with rude and passive aggressive concierge. One of the concierge pretends he doesn't see me when I pass by and has been rude on multiple occasions. He also gives my kids dirty looks whenever they pass by. The management is also nothing to write home about. I have lived in NY for some time now, and this is by far the worst building I ever lived in. It bills itself as a "luxury" building, but lacks pretty much everything one would expect from a "luxury" building. If I knew what I knew now when I signed, I would have not signed in a million years. The staff are racist and passive aggressive. Save your money and look elsewhere.
