Birria tacos are some of the best I've had. I go out of my way to visit this place. Their agua frescas are fantastic I love the pineapple.

Opens at 8am; zero food ready. Asks me standing there holding cash to order online. Ummm, my phone won't accept a $20 bill. Not recommended!

100/10 No notes on their breakfast tacos. We will be coming back. I haven't had better in the Austin area.

The wait for an order is between 30 and 45 minutes. Honestly, that's a long time, even when ordering online or by phone. The food is average. The prices are high for a $10 taco ? Don't waste your time or money, definitely I don't recommend this place.

The food was fresh and delicious, it was my first time and they were polite and explained to order online, the food truck is parked in an open outdoor area with lots of seating. They have a play place and an area for pets. I will be coming back!

Yum!!! I randomly drove by this little food truck park on a Saturday morning and I saw they were open for breakfast. I got one of each breakfast taco so I could try all 4. Here is how I would personally rank them starting with my favorite: chorizo, sausage, potato, and bacon. All of the breakfast tacos were delicious. The service was fast and he asked me if this was my first time to his food truck and when I said yes, he explained to me all of the sauces and gave me one of each to try so I could see which one I liked best. We'll definitely be back! Also, the food truck park has little tables, chairs, and yard games if you wante to stick around and enjoy the beautiful day..

Love getting breakfast at Mr. Chingon. Ordering in person has a faster turn around on getting food than ordering online. All their sauces are amazing and can be mixed and matched.

I got 4 breakfast tacos eggs, bacon and cheese on flour tortillas. You can't go wrong with breakfast tacos. The tacos were so yummy and I enjoyed every bite. Service The service for the place was awesome. The people were nice and our food came out pretty fast about 10 minutes. Ambiance The place has a nice outdoor seating style and a area for kids to play and wait for the food.

There are tacos, and then there are TACOS. And Mr. Chingon has the best breakfast tacos. This cozy outdoor food truck serves up the most delicious tacos and juices. Our party of four tried: Chingon-  with Asada Steak, beans, oaxaca cheese, grilled jalapeno Bacon, egg and cheese Potato, Egg and Cheese Migas Egg, Cheese and Pico De Gallo We'd recommend 2-3 tacos per person (although the Chingon was massive). Pro Tip: You can order online for pick ahead to beat the crowds.

You need to stop! This place is amazing and the people were so nice, one of the absolute best tacos and salsa we have had! Worth the turn off 290 for sure, the area was set up super cute with a coffee place next to it and a place for the kids to play! Will be making this a routine stop:)

I came here on a weekend around lunch time, and there was only a few people here, so it was great for us to relax in the shade and lunch with the kiddos. I ordered two tacos which was enough for me since I wasn't too hungry. I really enjoyed the pastor taco. I think I would only get this taco next time. The beef fajitas was good, but I prefer more of a carne asada rather than the thicker beef strips that come in the beef fajitas taco. It was still pretty tasty though. Didn't realize they'd have a bunch of aguas frescas so I picked up a drink beforehand, but I'll definitely try those next time.

Street tacos are awesome! Got this at Fairlane on RR12. Between the great bar and Chingon, you have a great evening. Service is pretty quick. You can also order online.

Sometimes when you take the road less traveled you find great things...off the beaten patch headed to Fredericksburgwe found Mr. Chingon...I'm always co-pilot/navigator and this was a great find for sure..tacos are ...super friendly, super fresh and loaded..Chorizo, Egg and Cheese and Bacon, egg and cheese...and that red sauce...perfect match!

Twice I have ordered burritos and twice this little food truck knocked out out of the park! Delicious. I've been looking for straight up delicious Mexican food all over Austin and for some reason that's hard to find. These burritos are packed with quality ingredients, a light balance on the rice and a proper amount of meat. The meats are tender, flavor is all there. The salsa - if you like it spicy, the habanero will not disappoint! I went to the new location on FM12 at Fair Lane. Not too far from anything in Dripping Springs and so worth it. I'll be a regular here.

Great food truck location off Nutty Brown. Nice people--friendly and professional. Big menu and fair prices. Street tacos were great! Will be eating many different menu items. Needs some improvement. Ordered online. Called on arrival and answered by Spanish greeting vmx. Called several times. No one answered. Then stood in line ( order was supposed to be brought to vehicle when I called). Minor inconvenience that needs to be addressed.

They are up there with the best in ATX across the board, but their Queso Birria tacos are LEGEN wait for it DARY

Awesome breakfast taco. Two is a good per person. One if not that hungry. Quick and professional service. Most people seemed to do online order and pick up. Looked fast. But the Outdoor patio is perfect too if not in a hurry. Recommend stopping by this place for sure.. Can't wait to try their regular menu.

Delicious breakfast tacos and steak fajita burrito. The tacos were super fresh and I loved how they'd did the potato. My husband said his burrito had the best guacamole on it. Excellent quality and flavor on all. I also got a fresh squeezed OJ that was delicious. I plan to go back.

So good! Everything down to the hot sauces were amazing. Queso was delicious. Tacos were tasty. Tortillas homemade. Chips were crispy and perfect with the queso! Go. Try it.

We went on a Sunday at 9:15am on our way out to the Wildseed Farm in Fredericksburg. Great time to go, because it started to fill up at 9:45 when we were leaving. We ordered the migas and the Chingon. They were both delicious! Everything was fresh. The steak was good quality, seasoned well and nicely cooked. The Chingon is huge; I'd classify it as a mini burrito even. I'd recommend 1 Chingon if you're barely hungry and like steak; add a migas or two if you're hungry.

I went to the location at Fair Lane on RR12. The Birria tacos were fantastic. The meat was so tender and the consommé was so flavorful. The queso was good and I think they make the chips from scratch. You can order with QR code at the truck and you're texted when order is ready. You can also order online.

i love this place and its so convenient!!! Tastes so fresh and nice flare for Dripping since we are losing more & more good venues just like this one!!! I am glad we found this. We get breakfast tacos every weekend and we will add this into our rotation. Their sauces are very good! I thought the location with the cute little small area and tables will be great once it's not 105 outside! It really is a cool little gem.

The food had always been beyond expectations! The chignon taco is amazing! And my husband absolutely loves the birria tacos, so much so he can hardly wait for them to cool down before eating them! The service is always good and the people there are pleasant and fast.

Hands down, this is the best Mexican taco truck I've been to in the Austin area. As a Latina who misses my family's cooking I will say this is the real deal! I haven't had anything I didn't completely enjoy. Thank you for feeding me Mr. Chignon!

WOW!! Absolutely AMAZING!! I have been food truck hopping for weeks now and Mr. Chingon is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!! We found this place on a search from our little Airbnb. What a cool concept to have several food trucks in a little park area. We chose Mr Chingon based on our little search. My husband and I both had the Migas Tacos. They were amazing. The young man behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. Overall great experience for breakfast.

Good lunch stop. Grabbed a chicken bowl which was very good and a respectable amount of food. Just over 10$. Fast service and nice little outdoor seating area. Would recommend.

Really good tacos. Nice area to hang with family. Plenty of trees around to it in the shade while you eat.

Queda birrias were not good enough to be 5 stars small quesadilla a little pricey and it didn't taste good and we asked 2 burritos and they gave us only the inside of the burrito so like a burrito without a tortilla idk how this place has 5 stars maybe their breakfast is good but def not lunch

Fanatic of authentic foods - I tried the basics, 3 tacos Al pastor. To begin, I love the twist of a purple tortilla instead of the natural color. However, when I got to the pastor, it wasn't seasoned - needed salt and pepper. The marinate was good but there's definitely room for improvement. Food truck has lots of potential for great food with time!

Ordered ahead and the breakfast tacos were ready when we got there. Loved their tacos locos, they were big and delicious. I will definitely be back.
