If you’re looking for a midday buzz, the extensive beer and wine list will certainly provide it, but it’s the food that’ll really keep you coming back. With a belief in the basics, Fundamental LA places a precedence on fresh ingredients, locally sourced food, and creating an intimate atmosphere where you would be able to have great conversations with some of your favorite people. The wines that they sell in store are actually made by farmers and will often pair their food with some fine wine selections - even offering a wine club known as the "tippler club". The modern space is simple and elegant - allowing its beliefs in the fundamentals to speak through the food to the decor."
