I came here while waiting for my name to be called at the Hamilton and had a very nice cocktail but unfortunately did not write down its name (or, to be fair - did write it down but can’t remember where). It had basil-infused bourbon with passion fruit juice. It was delicious.

I recently visited 1331 Bar & Lounge and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere of the restaurant is decent, providing a relaxed setting which I enjoyed. The prices were reasonable, which is always a plus in the heart of D.C. The service was commendable; staff were attentive and made sure our needs were met promptly. However, there was a slight disappointment with the beverages, particularly my glass of red wine which seemed a bit below expectations in terms of quality. Despite that, I would rate my overall experience with 4 stars. It's a good spot for a casual drink or meal if you're in the area.

We stopped into this bar before a show at the National Theater. Nice spot for a quick drink. Manager was very accommodating.

Very meh, especially for the price. We hit this stop in our hotel after a long travel day, excited for some delicious food and to try the famous Gin Rickey. The portions were super small, the flavor only okay and the service was subpar. I had to walk to the bar to order a soda for my son after asking my server multiple times. The bartender didn’t know what a starry was, even though it was listed on the menu. The Gin Rickey tasted like someone just squeezed a lime into a glass. Not at all worth it. The hotel gave me a food and beverage credit, but I’ll go back to use on a beer or wine. Not a great place if you’re looking for great meal and great service.

Nestled in the well of the JW Marriott is the hotel bar. It is a well stocked bar with a well selected wine list and local drafts, and well rounded menu. The cuisine is of the sharable small plate variety, where you might be tempted to share with yourself. The seating is a mix of high tops and lounges, never far from. A TV, while still maintaing the feel of an old Georgetown Brownstones library without the cigars.

Honestly, for a hotel restaurant, this is easily one of the better ones that I’ve been to. All of their food is really high-quality and made with care. And surprisingly, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend the pan seared salmon as the salmon is super crispy, while the curry and noodles make an excellent dish. The shredded papaya salad on top gives a nice acidity and crunch to the entire dish and brings it together. I also really enjoyed their apple dessert that has a cookie, apple, mousse, and two or three other variations of apple to go onto the dessert.

Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with kimchi aioli and fries. Great food, way better than I would expect from a hotel bar. Definitely would grab food here again in the future.

Google
A Hidden Gem right near the White House. My wife and I had a very wonderful and romantic dinner there last weekend. Our server Allen was incredible. The food and the drinks were great. Both my wife and I had the salmon and it was delicious. The other reason I highly recommend this place is the history that is steeped into the space. This location has a long history in Washington DC. It was the former site of the Imperial Hotel and Shoemaker's bar. This is where some of the biggest names of stage stayed and drank at from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. This is where Colonel Ricky created the drink named after him. This is where John Wilkes Booth plotted his devious plans. Come here for the wonderful dining, service and history.

Yelp
(Review #1000) Really great service. There's a lot of terrible hotel meals on work travel but this one was superb. Friendly and very knowledgeable servers. Great atmosphere. Cute little restaurant and lounge adjacent to the JW Marriott DC lobby area. Great vibe. I had a meatballs and sauce appetizer and it was the perfect size starter and so good. I got the steelhead trout (aka scottish salmon) and it was delicious, seasoned perfectly and the veggies were healthier and tasty. A really nice in-hotel spot for a meal and an evening away from work!

Yelp
Waiting for a play to start and decided to swing by the bar in the Marriott next door. The service was extremely helpful when it came to navigating the menu and also patient when it came to making a decision. I ordered the pear mousse with is their gluten free dessert and it's pretty good. The mousse portion is delicious and super light. I also ordered a Mocktail that is a called lavender serenade and it's delicious especially when out on a night around town. Beautiful hotel and great service.

Yelp
Staff alone make this place 5/5! While staying at the JW I stopped in because they offered dining credit. I had excellent service from Fitsum, Heather, and Jaime on my 2 nights I stopped. (Plus a couple of other people that I didn't get names). The team worked well together when it got crowded. Sometimes hotel guests can be rude at bars/restaurants, but people were treating staff well too. Staff treated guests with respect and even said welcome back! I also saw the manager really engaging with her staff, making cocktails, and running drinks to support her team. I did feel that the food menu was a little lacking. The burger was a little greasy. They give you complimentary spicy peanut mix.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for simple meal after a long day of travel. We ordered the 1331 burgers. They were very hearty and delicious and cooked exactly as we ordered. For dessert, we shared a slice of blueberry lemon cheesecake that was also wonderful. The service was very friendly and efficient.

Yelp
Delicious w excellent service, delicious food & great local beer on tap. Met a buddy for drinks & dinner, we sat at the bar. Service is excellent & they serve a great mix to you when you sit down. The local hazy is fantastic! We each had the burger and it was great - perfectly cooked and perfect size. Bar has great ambience & is a comfortable place to have drinks, dinner & a chat. It's so much better than the JW! It's a shame the JW doesn't learn from them about service!!

Yelp
Great food and excellent service. Decent sized drink menu. Open seating. Reasonably priced in the JW Marriott Hotel near the White House.

Olivia C.

Yelp
This spot was great! Not too crowded on a weeknight, but still popular. Bar tenders were kind and attentive, and the drink menu was standard but had some fun twists on there! I ordered the lemon drop, burger and fries, and all were delicious. My food was delicious and well made. My bf ordered two of the old fashions and we thought the lavender was a nice touch. We also ordered the chocolate spice cake. I found it to be a bit dry, but the cream cheese frosting was nice and the cake was pretty. We will be back!

Yelp
This is a nice evening option while staying at the JW. While here for a few days, we tried the Tea & Biscuits and the PB&J desert, both were tasty and got the job done after a long day. Cocktails, are offered in an elevated variety and if you're a top shelf enjoyer you're all set. It's easy to find a table or a spot at the bar, and offers a comfortable blend of cozy, but easy going (without seeming boring). This hotel, and bar do however need a design update as the aesthetic is aging. Customer Experience is where the big win is though; our mixologist Fitsum offered us not just a warm and friendly environment, but also made us feel at home in a way not often seen. It's not every day you meet someone at a hotel or bar that remembers you, or is genuinely interested in making sure you're happy. Kudos to Fistum, the hotel should take note, and promote her to manage hotel experience!

Yelp
Came here with my friend to have a few drinks and watch some of the football game they put on for Sunday. Heather was our bartender and made it a super enjoyable experience. Excellent service, super friendly, and had great conversations about trips to Turks and Caicos. Gave great recommendations for a future trip out there.

Yelp
This restaurant is inside JW Marriott..not many options for dinner, but they have a decent drinks menu. The wait time for the food is excessive. Ambience is okay, not that great.

Yelp
This place is a mess! We have enjoyed it over the years, in spite of spotty service. Now, the food is absolutely terrible, and drinks are inconsistent. I ordered a Manhattan that was great, then a bourbon with a rock that sat so long the ice melted. Someone else in our party got a coconut mojito that had a giant clump of rotted mint. They made another for her, but c'mon! Service is frienlier but terrible. Part of the problem seems to be training and staffing. But the JW should really address this because it's nowhere near expectations.
google avatar

Gina M.

Yelp
The veggie flatbread is delicious- loaded with fresh vegetables and a balsamic glaze. I also tried the coconut mojito...wonderful!!! Great place to relax.

Frank H.

Yelp
Insanely terrible services. Place was light to moderately busy. Food took an hour. Waiter never once checked on us. Food dump on table. Sloppy and undercooked. How do you screw up fish tacos. Never got our drinks. It's been 20 minutes and I still can't get the check

Todd G.

Yelp
Don't waste your time. AWFUL AWFUL service. Horrible food go somewhere else. There are way better options n DC

Yelp
This place was a pleasant surprise. The black eye pea hush puppies were great--as was my salad. I also became acquainted with The Rickey (bourbon Version). I think this is my new favorite cocktail.

Yelp
We were staying at the JW Marriott and were looking for something to eat. We were running a marathon the next day so weren't planning on being out late or walking far. We stopped in at 1331. The bar is super cute and the bartenders and servers do a great job. The wine list is nice and they make a mean Manhattan. The food menu is paired down right now, but I think that is the case in a lot of places. We started with the charcuterie board and the hummus with pita. Originally, our order was given to a different table and the bartender went and picked it up and brought it over to us, which was kind of weird. Both were very tasty and we enjoyed them. For dinner, we both had the burger. It was cooked as ordered and it came with french fries which were tasty. It's typical bar food, and it's pricey for what it is, but it filled our tummies and the service was great.

Yelp
What a great surprise this restaurant was. We were staying in the JW Marriot and were hungry after the Chicago show at the National Theater. The pan roasted salmon is delicious. We also tried the herb grilled chicken skewers and they were also great. Drinks, great also, try the coconut mojito and the smokey jalarita. Our waitress was very nice and you can tell she enjoys her job. 5-star.

Yelp
JW Marriott Washington, DC, Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott Hotels, JW Marriott. I like the hotel but enough with the thievery. Had a bill for $91.30 plus $15.00 tip equaling $106.30 got the folio $142.30. Way to try to swindle $36.00 from me. Twice had mysterious honor bar charges added to my room when we did not partake. Parking keeps getting added to my folio and you keep trying to double charge for this parking. Always blaming someone else to boot! Now I am going to have to go through each and every line on my bill and folio to reconcile. I have eaten in your restaurant and bar many times so I have a lot of time I will need to waste now making sure or attempting to identify additional attempted larcenies by the hotel and it's staff. When I went to the desk to inquire/report about this fraudulent charge I was informed by Justin that he would take care of it later because he was busy. Three hours later he updated my folio and thanked me for noticing an incorrect charge and apologies (that they got caught) that it happened That's it? Just a thank you for noticing the attempted larceny? Are you even going to look into what happened? Are you even going to show me the signed copy of the bill? Every other day there is an in correct charge. Now this inflating/adding money to bar bills appears to be a scam and its apparently condoned (as long as you don't get caught) by the management at JW. Hilton Hotels & Resorts, does this happen often at your hotels? Oh BTW lifetime Platinum/Titanium with Marriott. Maybe now it's a good time to jump ship and start enjoying the the warm cookies in the other side of the fence? These inflated charges, mysterious/phantom charges, double charged for parking and lack of sincerity from this hotel was annoying but now I think it's criminal and intentionally done. First thing I've noticed now, I've been charged for cream for my coffee. 50 more receipts to go. But really $.80 for cream, cream for the $5.50 coffee. You suck.

Yelp
Great for a nightcap, and to wind down from a busy day. The combo bar/ Restaurant is located on the lower level of the JW Marriott hotel. Great food late in the evening- I got a draft Stella, and, while looking at the menu, spotted a set of desserts that looked very inviting. It was MUCH better than just "inviting". The bread pudding was SUPERB! Rich flavor, warm, drenched with a scoop of melting vanilla ice cream, very filling, and exactly what I needed to send me off to bed with a full tummy! I'd give it five stars, except there were only two wait staff visible, very busy, and it took a few minutes to flag down the waiter. Great waiter- just too busy tonight. So I will go with four stars. I didn't take a picture of the Stella on draft, but here is that incredible bread pudding! Enjoy!

Mark R.

Yelp
Jessica is the bartender and she is excellent. We put her in a difficult spot but she lived up to the Marriott standard of providing excellent service. She deserves a raise because the bar was packed and she still handled the situation perfectly. I guess the bar will not give you any Marriott rewards unless you use a room charge. If you pay cash or an Amex card then you are out of luck. Jessica was great about it. There was nothing she could do but you could tell she did everything possible to get help. She asked for help from her manager (who did nothing at all) and she even asked the front desk (who also did nothing). I would like to know why Marriott has a rewards program if their first flagship hotel doesn't support the program? If not for Jessica then I would have given this place zero stars.

Yelp
Located inside the JW Marriott, 1331 is a hotel bar, and is probably a step up from most. Plenty of bartenders worked the bar on a busy Friday evening. Drinks weren't cheap but no more than most hotel bars. Food is available as well.

Yelp
Had lunch here today - the 1331 Bar & Lounge is located inside the JW Marriott Hotel. Ordered their Turkey Melt with a side of fries and a glass of water with lemon wedge. It was late in the afternoon - 2:30 pm - so there were not a lot of folks eating when I arrived - but several other parties arrived right after I was seated and placed my order. The place has a modern, swanky, comfortable feel to it. Sandwich was an open face melt, thinly sliced turkey piled high on what I think was a slice of toasted sourdough bread, derby sage cheese melted on top and a horseradish cranberry sauce with slivers of avocado. The melt had a nice mild, mellow aspect to it and there was plenty of turkey. Fries were decent, but needed to be cooked a tad longer. Meal was served with a crisp, crunchy dill pickle and souffle cup of ketchup. Overall not a bad lunch, service was good.

Yelp
Hope provided excellent service and friendly conversation. She makes the best Lemondrop.

Yelp
I ordered the 1331 burger and my wife had the margarita flatbread, both plates had great taste especially the garlic fries are amazing! Only downside was the service, no host at entrance and took around 10-12 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us, but after she was very attentive and on time.
google avatar

Glenn C.

Yelp
Staying at the hotel for the weekend. Came in with the wife for a few drinks. The bar was quiet and cozy, we had the margaritas as well as the bruschetta and tostones. The ambiance was great, the service and staff were polite, friendly and professional . Had a great time, the drinks and appetizers were also great. Would come back again if we were in the area.
google avatar

Amanda A.

Yelp
I wish I could just give the food five stars. Let me start by saying I've visited a lot of places while in Washington DC for the weekend and this was probably the best food I've tasted in a long time. I ordered the sweet & spicy chili wings with blue cheese on the side, and they were amazing! The wings were very meaty, nothing like you would get anywhere else. My boyfriend and our friend both ordered the burger (medium rare, because if you eat it any other way, don't!) and I naturally tried a bit and it was the juiciest, most tasty burger I've ever had in my entire life. (I know it sounds silly raving over a burger, rather than a steak or fish but there's literally nothing comparable.) They also had a decent selection of beers and handmade cocktails. Suggesting the old fashioned (consisting of knob creek bourbon). The atmosphere is a very chill, calm vibe. We sat in the bar area at a high top table. It had a nice view of inside the hotel of all the floors and the chandeliers. The TVs were in plain sight, so if you're there to watch sports, I'd suggest that area. My only issue with this restaurant/bar was the service... not that they were rude or anything but it was very slow, thankfully we weren't in a rush. So if you don't mind waiting 15/20 minutes for the check then come here. Overall, I loved the food and it was totally worth it.
google avatar

Samantha D.

Yelp
Came for drinks and appetizers. I ordered the best tasting amaretto sour I've had. The bar tenders were friendly and wildly good at making drinks. They didn't seem rushed and chaotic like many bars. It's a nice atmosphere and easy to chat and hear conversation. Pricey drinks but comes with the territory. The food was decent too. Would recommend.
google avatar

Jon L.

Yelp
Me & Cate went here before seeing Lewis Black on Friday. It just around the corner from the Warner Theater & adjacent to the National Theater. Good for a meet up spot, enjoy a nice classy bar, decent selection of appetizers. It's a relaxed lounging type environment with a uniqe set up like being in your living room with an HD TV. Several stations set up like booths but with sofas & easy chairs.

Yelp
9/8/12 10:32PM 1 Burger Sliders $12 1 Corned Beef Rolls $11 1 Shrimp Tater Tots $12 Corned Beef Rolls were pretty good. Burger Sliders were okay. Shrimp Tater Tots were forgettable. Ultimate grease fest. If you have a room at the Marriott to go wild'n out, it is a way to prepare yourself before hitting the clubs...I heard greasy food slows down alcohol absorption so you don't get rocked!
google avatar

Joel S.

Yelp
Went here for some of the 2008 presidential debates and to be honest would never have thought of going to a hotel bar. Very pleasantly surprised: nice decor, very comfortable, great drink specials (and nice draft beer selection). Highly recommend the salmon sliders, which were on special. And they were particularly accomodating for the debates, with tons of TVs and debate food/drink specials. Debate venue of choice, but get there early.
google avatar

Mia N.

Yelp
My mom and I stopped in here to share an appetizer because we were hungry and in the area. We ordered the slider trio. Pros -the slider trio was really good! I think our favorite one was the crabcake one. I could've done without the fois gras one, because while it tasted okay I'd rather do without torturing ducks for my food. the assistant chef came by at one point to ask us if we had any comments for how to improve the food. we couldn't think of anything offhand, but after thinking about it I would change the bread on the bun of the oyster slider. the bread they currently use is a very thick and fluffy bun with no crust on the outside. The oysters would be better complemented by a really crusty French bread roll. -the managers and others who stopped by our table to check on us were very friendly Cons -the bathroom needed to be cleaned -the managers and others stopped by our table a little TOO frequently. I think at least 4 different people stopped by to introduce themselves and it was a bit much. -the food took a bit long to get out to us, I would say we waited 25-30 min and we were eating at an off-peak time (8:30 pm on a Sunday night) all in all, if you are in the area and want a nice place to unwind and grab a bite to eat, it's a decent option. however, it's not a place I would go out of my way to visit.

Yelp
This is a tried and true place where I take associates or have an occasional business dinner. The other night I tried the lamb kofta. It did not disappoint. We had calamari before and bread pudding after. Waitresses are always attentive with a smile.

Josh S.

Yelp
Rating is on their Old Fashioned and Mixologist. Best Old Fashioned I've had in the DC Metro area. Drink is spot on with the special ingredients, big square cube, and Italian cherries. Spot on!

Matt B.

Yelp
This place was a pleasant surprise. Was staying at the JW Marriott and just stopped in to eat and get a drink. I ended up staying for about three hours for three reasons: 1. The sandwiches. The lobster roll was delicious. It was a bit more like a lobster salad sandwich, rather than the chunk, like purists will prefer, but it was very good. A friend ordered the braised beef grilled cheese and I was jealous. Tender fall-apart meat and grilled cheese on perfectly toasted bread -- I have an affection for good bread that is done well. 2. The French fries. Literally the thickest you will ever find. Incredibly well-done. 3. Hope. Not looking towards the future, but the bartender, Hope, from Alabama. A.MAZ.ING. I have never seen a bartender take as much care in making drinks as she did. It was literally like watching an artist at work. Smoky martinis, Old Fashion, and drinks my friends and I just said "I like (insert favorite liquor here), surprise me," that we're so well-done, well-balanced, and so interesting, we stayed and ordered all night. She was literally one of the best bartenders I have ever experienced. The drinks were perfect. Her boss needs to give her a big raise because she is knowledgeable and thorough, and could probably be making much more in tips at other high-end places. If I could say anything on the downside, the drinks were a bit on the pricey side, but I didn't mind as much because the quality was so good. Some may care about that, so just to warn you. I would definitely come back... even if just for French fries and drinks.

Lance C.

Yelp
I just had a burger there 16 bucks the thing was absolutely delicious and cooked just right. Came with potato squares about the size of dice that were basically square fries cooked to perfection. Can't say much else other than the bartender was on point food came out super fast even though it was crowded and the place is nice inside. Plenty of TVs at the bar for sporting events or whatever. If you want to walk your dinner off take a stroll by the whites house 1/3 of a mile away
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
This place is definitely underwhelming to be quite honest. No happy hour deals aside, service was slow. There are only two bartenders looking after an entire area. I waited 15 mins after asking for the check for the check to come, and then another 15 for my card to be returned. The bartender we had was very polite though, apologizing for being short handed. I have to say the decor isn't bad.
google avatar

Vonetta Y.

Yelp
It's dark, modern, and swank, just how I like my bars. It's also difficult to find from the street, which is mildly annoying, but what can ya do. A and I came for happy hour a few nights ago, and we were well pleased. The cocktail menu was creative enough and they made a killer margarita. I sucked down a shangri la, a champagne-y cocktail with Grey Goose and a hint of fruityness, which was quite good, but New York City expensive! I was amazed. Don't get me wrong; it was delicious, just not *that* delicious. And for that much $, I'd like more of a buzz. But again, it was delicious. Foodwise, I got the club sandwich and A got the heaping fried calamari plate. The club sandwich wasn't extraordinary, but the calamari was great, apparently. Service was a-ok; not worth writing a novel about. But the ambiance is great. Lots of real grownups talking about grownup stuff with real grownup coworkers, then getting drunk and making terrible decisions involving said coworkers. ...I'm guessing. Anyhoo, I can't say that I'd go out of my way to do hh here, but I'm glad to know the peeps in Federal Triangle have somewhere to get their classy post-work drank on.
google avatar

Crysta L.

Yelp
I expect high prices at a hotel but this place was pretty extreme. Bottled beer was 6.50. And service was pretty bad. Who am I kidding? It was so not great on a lot of levels. It was pretty effing bad. Veggie dumplings are pretty great but not for about $2 a dumpling. Mushroom steamed buns were a horrible value. $12 for two sandwiches that had two small half slices of mushroom, one slice of cucumber and one slice of carrot. Yikes. Save some money and explore outside of the Marriott. I came out of convenience and regret going elsewhere.
google avatar

Deane M.

Yelp
So we were here for a mocking of the debates last night, and thought, hey, why not grab some drinks and dessert? Although service was impeccable, the strawberry shortcake was a miserable cup full of whipped cream and artificial strawberry sauce with maybe half a lady finger and one real strawberry as a garnish. Being as we were only here for dessert, and the dessert was lame, I'm giving it two stars. Also, I'm not sure what kind of social commentary it is when each booth has its own television. I, for one, like my conversations highlighted by witty banter, not the CNN bottom line.
google avatar

Bridget S.

Yelp
Reserved 1/2 of the lounge for a company anniversary part-ay on a Tuesday night. The company loved it! Katie, the catering manager, was ON IT with her suggestions of apps to feed the need of the 50 or so people, and even helped us stay within budget by offering happy hour prices to our apps. The sangria was very tasty (tasty enough that I had at least 6 before the night was through), and the waitstaff were all very quick and helpful rounding up drink orders (and we're a VERY thirsty bunch). The lounge is set up like a nice livingroom-esque space, with leather wrapped comfy chairs, a few tv screens, and a nice fireplace. We had to set up ropes to separate our party from the other loungers, but we had a good time overall.
google avatar

Kelly M.

Yelp
I was staying nearby for work and ended up eating and drinking here a few times. The house made chips are quite delicious, and the spicy bloody mary hit the spot one evening. I also had a great local IPA one night that was superb. However, the times at which they serve meals annoys me. It's a hotel in an international destination and I can't get a salad at 4:30 p.m.?
google avatar

Cesar I.

Yelp
Oh my god, the top rating to Maria that is the most professional server/bartender ever! My friend and I visited DC from LA for a few days and we decide to stop for a drink and some appetizers, this girl made our evening so special, she is on top of everything and always so kind, i hope the manager see this review!!! Next time we come over we will definably stop by! PS: flat bread is fabulous...
google avatar

Mandy M.

Yelp
Yes this is a hotel bar. But it is an amazing hotel bar, that has locals who work nearby and are regulars (me being one of them). I will stand their wings against any others in town, the Gin Rickey was invented here (and they make a baller one, even if you prefer bourbon), and the bartenders remember who you are and even in the HH Rush say hi and ask how it's going. If you're near the White House, stop by here, have the wings, you won't be sorry!
google avatar

Lily S.

Yelp
I go here for "DC's signature drink" the gin rickey. It's a nice drink and if you are a fan of gin & tonic, as I am, I recommend you give it a go! The bartender I trust is an older bald gentleman. He makes them best and his service is pretty good. There are other bartenders there but they don't make them as good and their service is kind of spotty. I've been here three times, twice with one of my friends and the last time my friend's drink was really poorly made. It was the cocktail on the menu that has raspberry or cherry in it...can't remember the name. Anyway, it was way too strong and the mix of syrup and alcohol was bad. The second time I was here with the same friend we had a lot of fun. I ordered steak which was delicious! Definitely a meal that can be shared between two people. Drinking here is expensive though, and as other reviewers also said...for the price you pay it isn't where it should be.

Yelp
Small lunch menu, mediocre food. If I had to do it over again, we would have ventured out of the hotel for lunch. Spent every night hanging out at the bar with other conference attendees--good service and a nice place to hang out for drinks. Just skip the food.

Yelp
The menu is nothing to be desired. It is also 100% different from what's shown on their website. I'm only eating here now because I'm too tired to leave the hotel. The mojito is rather tasty.

Yelp
Well it is a lobby bar and the bartenders know they can't be fired. Unless your staying here at the hotel don't bother.

Yelp
The chicken wings were great...the martini adequate, the staff., asleep at the wheel. I'm siting here waiting for someone to noticetI still don't have water or my check. I've asked and still waiting. Nope... Not yet. I'd leave without paying if the prick bartender didn't take my credit card. Maybe he knows he sucks so bad, he keeps credit cards instead of taking care of customers. Wonder if I'm paying for his kids Christmas's presents....still waiting
