We just moved in and it is awesome.
To start with, the resident manager, Miss Tita is very cooperative and down to earth. Always available on call and is always ready with solutions. The security staff are all well mannered and kind. Always ready to help whenever you need something. No strangers loiter in the lobbies.
The building is centrally heated and cooled. The cooling is a life saver in summers. The party hall is by far the best I have seen in any property. The even have an outdoor barbeque. Then there is the swimming pool and the gym, for amenities.
