"The unusually named 14Horses is a well-run restaurant with a sleek, pared-back look and a relaxed vibe. Here, many of the dishes are brought to the table by the chef himself, who proudly shows off ingredients from the restaurant's regenerative farm in Radiškis. There’s certainly value on the cards: you receive bread, four courses and a pre-dessert – with the flexibility to choose an additional starter instead of a dessert, as well as options for courses to share. Bold, well-defined flavours are delivered in original combinations, with the ‘beef from nose-to-tail’ a must-try." - Michelin Inspector

Spent our first dinner in Vilnius at 14Horses, a Michelin Guide restaurant! Made sure to get the reservation in early. 💶 €60 per person (choice of 2 starters, 1 main, 1 dessert OR 3 starters, 1 main) ⭐️ Keep in mind they added an auto-tip of 10% on the bill We ordered 1 of every appetizer and we both got the “Beef from Nose to Tail” for the main. The bread (more like flaky butter pastry) and butter at the start was superb. The appetizers were outstanding but the 3 that stood out most to us was the donut with honey fungus & sturgeon caviar, the sourdough with shish kebab, and the soufflé pancake with smoked eel. The donut was the most surprising, it was heavy with a flavourful filling and the caviar really complemented it. The presentation was nice and not too obnoxious. The service was overall very pleasant but sort of inconsistent. We got our bread and appetizers pretty quickly but there was at least half an hour before our appetizer and main, which was kind of weird. The main also didn’t seem as interesting as the appetizers. It came with a pastry with beef cheek, tongue, sweetbread, and a cut of meat. There was also a small side salad and white asparagus. Everything tasted good but it wasn’t amazing. Maybe wouldn’t come back unless they decide to do maybe a 6-dish tasting menu with equal focus across all dishes vs the main that didn’t seem like anything too special when it came to flavour and presentation. Appreciated the little meringue palette cleanser and marshmallows at the end. *Closed Monday & Sunday

It was my first time coming here and I had a blast. I absolutely loved the menu and the amount of novelty it brings. They even had a dessert which tasted like bread. The staff were brilliant and very kind. Definitely widened my existing flavour pallet. Ačiū! Būtinai sugrįšiu.

An amazing culinary experience! The location (situated in the Senatorių Passage) is beautiful and minimally decorated, creating a chic atmosphere. The service was exceptional — each dish was presented with detailed information about its preparation, the main ingredients, and how to enjoy it. They offer a selection of top-quality wines. We opted for the tasting menu, which truly exceeded expectations. The appetizers were fantastic, with a special mention to the sourdough pita and pork ribs. The main courses were outstanding, showcasing the chef’s expertise in flavor combinations, presentation, and creativity. The desserts were equally impressive, almost like works of art. What also pleasantly surprised us were the chef's special gifts, such as the little bread with butter and a tiny dessert. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening filled with delicious food and emotions. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

Our recent dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Opting for a meal comprising two appetizers, one main course, and a dessert, we were thoroughly impressed with each dish. The dessert, in particular, was beyond amazing and truly the highlight of the evening. The meal began with a delightful brioche served with salted butter. It was an absolute standout—possibly the best brioche we have tasted in a very long time. Each bite was a perfect blend of softness and richness, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. To accompany our meal, we chose a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. It was delicious and complemented the flavors of our food beautifully- great suggestion of our waiter! To conclude our meal, we ordered decaf coffee. Although there was a bit of a wait, the waiter was incredibly apologetic and explained that they had run out and had to make a quick run to the shop to restock. This level of dedication to customer service was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious meal in Vilnius!

Great value and portions. Chance to mix and match between various starters/mains and desserts. Experimental and quirky and flavours don’t disappoint. Please go if you are in town.

Really nice food, inventive flavour pairing and unexpected combinations. Good value for money. Few small slip ups - overlooked sweetbreads, beef on the tough side, but in the grand scheme of things- highly recommended!

It’s an amazing restaurant with perfectly matched flavors. The food is rich and tastes balanced. We tried the five course menu, all of it was great! The place is well designed with wood, and makes the restaurant cozy and welcoming to be in. It’s a really worth place coming for a night out!
