I've lived at 15 Park Row for 7 months now, and I'm extremely happy with the experience going into 2026. The entrance is more secluded and faces a lot of greenery thanks to City Hall Park, so it has a very elegant feel to it.
The front desk, maintenance, and management are all very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I gotta give a special shoutout to the front desk. Every one of them are awesome and know every single resident's name, always give a warm greeting etc. The package room staff is also 10/10.
I saw the bad reviews about laundry and elevators before moving in, but everything has been super seamless.
There are like 8 elevators, so you're never waiting on one, even if one is undergoing maintenance or repair, and the front desk and maintenance make sure things go smoothly if one is ever out of service.
Laundry is just fine. Machines are cleaned and serviced regularly, and easy to use with an app or reloadable card. The fact that there are other floors with available machines if your floor's is in use is a good thing. Going to other floors isn't that inconvenient lol.
I haven't gotten back around to lease renewal discussions yet, but I can say that I'm very happy with this building so far. Definitely check it out, and if Richard is showing the building to you, you're in good hands!
