I recently visited this restaurant for my son graduation and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The woman who greeted us at the door was extremely disrespectful. We got there around 4:45pm and my son told her that we had reservations for 5 o’clock. She told my son come back at 5 o’clock and slammed the door in his face, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening.
To make matters worse, there were no physical menus available. You had to scan the barcode to look at the order, but their Internet was off so you couldn’t scan it, the server was taking orders on a tablet, and she rushed us to place our order quickly because the tablet was about to die. This made the entire ordering process feel chaotic and unprofessional. It’s hard to understand how a restaurant can operate effectively without something as basic as working equipment or printed menus.
The customer service throughout the visit was horrible unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive. As someone who enjoys dining out, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I would rate this restaurant a 0. I hope the management at 1519 takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and organization.
